Why do you think you got banned?
I got banned because I wasn't following one of the calls because I had some issues with my headphones that I tried to resolved but wasn't fast enough. Admins clearly stated to follow the call but I didn't.

What server were you on? What admins do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
TeamPlayerGaming.com CS:S, I didn't know who were admins at that time.

Why should you be unbanned?
I should be unbanned because I had some problems with my headphones and I tried to resolve it as fast as I can, but the round started and they already made the call before I could even listen. It was too late for me to ask the call because the caller died. I've been playing on this server for awhile now and know all the rules and procedures of the server.

A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will try my best to follow the rules and procedures that the server has stated and follow the calls of the caller and will not stray from the call. I will also break no other rules. I promise this will not happen again or I will happily accept the ban.

I was your banning admin. You are correct that you were banned for not following the call. Your post is thorough and in the correct format.

I will post a vote up for the admins. The admins will vote whether or not to lift the ban. You should have the result in a few days.
