banned from BF3 server

i was banned last night for ITK 2 people at the end of a match. now i do know that ITK is against the rules. but i felt an exception was needed for the 2 that i shot. before i go further i want to let everyone know that i dont go around randomly TK people on purpose. there are people that i play with on this sever that can vouch for me that i am a team player and dont do things of this nature. anyways back to the TK ban. these two guys have been camping on the russian base on the rock that over looks their spawn. if you play enough you know where im talking about. they have been sniping people as they spawn into the jets for easy kills. thats pretty lame. normally i dont care what others have been doing, but that game we got out tails handed to us. lost all bases and down by more than 400 tickets at one point. so with about 50 tickets remaining i make a last ditch effort and fly the venom heli over to G and F. get shot down by their AA gun. land over by F and notice these 2 guys just sitting there sniping away not helping out team out at all. well one of them must have been a mod cause i got banned shortly there after. i get in TS when the game was over and i asked why i was booted. i was told i was banned for TK. i told him why i shot him and he said that wasnt against the rules but TK was. well now that i come here and read the rules it does look like that mod was in the wrong. i wasnt right by what i did but i think it was justifed. i didnt shoot them anymore than that 1 time. so there ya go. thats my rant.

Senior, I am the admin that placed the perma ban on you. You were indeed banned for tking two teammates as you have admitted. We do not tolerate intentional tks for any reason here. If you see people being nonteamplayers, tking, or hacking then you call out in chat for an Admin. We are always watching and will take action. The Admins are the rule enforcers not you. Once you have provided a link to your stats and acknowledge that you understand what is expected of you on the server I will place a vote up to the rest of the admins.

I am sorry about the ITK and I do know the rules and promise not to do it again.

How do I link my stats to here?

Also how am I to know if there is even an admin in the room. You guys don't have it posted anywhere. Guessing I'm just to ask the whole room if there is one I'm here? Also I would like to point out this is my first offense and a permanent ban seems a bit tough. I understand the zero tolerance on the issue. Maybe a temp ban. A day,week or maybe even a month? Something?

Admins are anonymous for a reason. Undercover cops can catch more criminals when they are not known. If you see something against the rules you just type "ADMIN ____ is _____" one or two times. We will act, though you may not see it all. It also does not matter if it's your first or 100th offense. When you TK you are causing a disruption to the game. A disruption that other players, our customers, do not appreciate and the admins will remove you and deal with the problem here. The forums are where we handle all problems. In this instance you were perma banned until you could come into the forums and explain your self.

Once I have your stats I will place the vote. Admins will either vote to unban you or keep you banned for 30 days based on this thread and what was witnessed. If there is anything more you wish to say do so here.
