#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I think i was banned for not following the call as a Terrorist. Not exactly sure what happened, was given no warning just instaban.
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
tpg cs:go server and i am unaware which admins were playing at that time.
#3. Why should you be unbanned?

I believe i should be unbanned because i'm a very active member of the cs:go community, I've been playing on your servers since cs:s. I've always enjoyed the competitive objective based gameplay that takes place on your servers. I also enjoy using the mic and working as a team to win matches and not just go for kills.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

I, Kyle Avery, will refrain from doing anything that can result in a ban.

Based on the information available it looks likely that you were banned for not following the call or other actions not conducive to teamplay. Although admins will do their best to provide fair warning prior to banning they are not required to do so. In most cases admins will issue a general warning to the entire team, especially when dealing with multiple problematic players. Be attentive to these general warnings as they do apply to everybody.

So that you do not find your back here I recommend you review the CS Rules and Policies thoroughly. Post back here once you have done so and I can begin your unban vote with the CS:GO admins.
