Banned BF3

#1. Why do you think you got banned?

TK

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

BF3 Server HC. I'd assume Blackgold.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

Long standing TPG member. Won't happen again.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

Hey Ten, you are right. I banned you for intentionally TKing Speechez I think his name was. I was just made aware of him TKing people and was looking at logs when you said you were going to TK him, then you TKed him. As you know we expect even more of our regs than standard "pubbers". We all get frustrated when we are losing badly and players obviously aren't helping the team. Please try to remember our server usually has admins on that can and will act on asshats when they are made aware of them. Thanks for posting this in the correct format. I will put your vote up and we should have an answer within 3 days.

Thanks. I totally understand that we are held to higher standard. I was frustrated with being TK by the guy 4 times in row. Which was also why I simply left of my own accord. Sorry for putting you in a bad position because I couldn't keep my anger in check.

As a voting admin I have a question, what the eff were you thinking? You have been here forever, you were an admin, you know the rules better than most. You also obviously knew an admin was on, and from what I hear the admin advised you not to TK the guy, yet here we are. Then, on top of that you throw out some yes/no ban request? Do you really think that was a worthy effort both in game and in your request?

I did not and am not making any excuses for my actions while I was on the server. The guy was taking shots at me again (after tk me 2 times already) from the bridge so in order to avoid another respawn I shot back and got a head shot which killed him. I actually didn't know he was an admin. Since I've seen him before call out for admin for problems players in past. I answered the questions as it pertains to my ban. I had laps in judgement and that's why I am here.
