Thread: Banned from CS:S server

i was extremely excited when i found your server. my dad (deathcow2 for anyone who might recognize him) plays bf2... constantly, and his favorite server by far is your bf2 server, and he's ALWAYS trying to get me to play over there. so i started playing over there a bit and really enjoyed the atmosphere your gaming community brings. then i found out you guys had a cs:s server. i was ecstatic. counterstrike is so much more enjoyable to me than bf2. i have been playing counterstrike on and off (between MMORPG's) since its release and i consider myself a very experienced player. now that ive quit WoW i found myself playing CS a lot more and would thoroughly enjoy to continue playing on your server.

1. banned for suspicious playing, i obviously dont aimbot so im guessing the admin/admins believe i was walling. i cant say for certain what really convinced you i was cheating, and if there is a specific thing please let me know and i will try to explain.

2. i dont know what admin banned me as i have know idea who the admins are since im new to the server.

3. i should be unbanned because i play by the rules, and i always have. i was not disrespectful to anyone. i do not cheat. and i am a team-player. i was not questioned by anyone about anything i did, just saw an admin line of chat along the lines of "get that trash out of here, nice downloaded skills streetman"

4. i play counterstrike the way everyone does. kill or be killed. i always try to accomplish the objective and i always try to win. i dont break the rules and if i bend them unknowingly inform me of so and ill fix it.

Most importantly, their statistics against more skilled, non-cheating regulars will weigh heavily for or against them. Once enough information has been gathered, either by admins spectating the player, questionable anomalies in the player’s statistics, and other issues, a decision to ban will be made.

If we banned everyone that was good, we’d have to ban half our admins. If you get banned, and you think we’re crazy, by all means, make a post in the banned forums about it. We’ll listen, and we’ve unbanned several players who made legible, clear, and open statements about their bannings."

Thanks for the post streetman, shows alot when you take time to make a good post. Problem is 3 of our admim on seperate occasions speced you and believed you to be using cheats. I was the one that banned you. We arent by any means perfect but will be fair and just. Your vote will be put up soon and we shall post the results shortly. Thx again for the post, we want TTP to be only full of the best legit players around we will review your case.
