Thread: Arma 3 contesting a ban

My in-game name is Deviouskiller. I was attacking camp rogain and i killed 2 people and my buddy also killed 2 people mr.magnificent. I killed the first guy by using the lean button E and shot him. over direct i hear him say i shot him through a wall. then the other guy i just stood up and head shotted. Right before i got banned there was a guy under the truck i call him out in skype to my friend and he kills him over direct i hear the guy say that was complete bullshit. Next thing i know my buddy was like I GOT BANNED WTF? then i was banned shortly after. The admin who banned me was nuckle. I was not even given a reason just banned out of no where. I have played on the server several times everyday just about. It would be great if i could get unbanned im sure other admins have seen me in the server before like Hub, or anyone else im not a hacker very irritating to be banned for it.

You and mr.magnificent were banned for hacking. I watched both of you a good bit through the night before I initiated the ban. I will just list out the combination of things that I witnessed and you can either address them or deny them.

I watched you over and over go from crouched to standing while on the outside wall and head shoot with near 100% accuracy every player within that base. I watched you do it at Rogain as well as Maxwell. I can't begin to count the number of players that I heard in direct say that it was bullshit but that really had no bearing for the ban. Maybe you are just that good but to me it looks like you have some assistance.

You and your buddy always seem to spawn in the same place and you always seem to spawn close to the base you are trying to attack. How is it that you are able to do that but the rest of us spawn all over the island when we die?

When you were inside Rogain one of the two of you were laying on the ground beside the hunter. Your player skin was discolored and as people came into the base you shot them without your character ever moving. Some thought you were in a building, some though you were in a container but I could see you just laying there beside the hunter. You were pointed towards the W NW and the players you were killing were to the E SE. I was one of them and instead of rushing you I just stayed in 3P to observe you until you killed me.

Care to address any of this before I put your unban request up for a vote?

First at camp rogain i didnt headshot every guy or atleast i didnt think so. I did headshot one guy by hiding behind the wall and peeking up and shooting but i mean its a 3rd person game i can see over the wall, its not hard to spot players and then just peak up and shoot when they dont know where you are. And the spawning issue was weird i did spawn near rogain over and over but that was just the game being weird trust me spawning near rogain was not fun with all of you guarding it when i only had a pistole. And the hunter situation that was my game laggin im pretty sure cause my friend also said that he saw me by the hunter but i was really on top of the green building in the middle of rogain i guess i was glitched after putting on some guys backpack and camos.

Might be to late to toss in but also the headshot thing those probably werent headshots if you have used the EBR before that gun is one shot kill from just about any distance. and also if you have played independent before you can form groups with others and whenever a spot is clear you can choose to spot at the base or area that they are at. just to clear some more of your thoughts.

Also my buddy who you banned with me sense i explained everything to you and beat the appeal can he also have his ban lifted sense i pretty much mentioned him and fought for him in my appeal.
