BF3 Unban request

1. I was banned for admin disrespect.
2. I was playing on Teamplayergaming.com BF3 Teamspeak Sync Ranked 64 man server Conquest. The admin that banned me was blackgold50 (said so on the ban message) I am not aware of any other admins playing at the time.
3. I should be unbanned because I did not disrespect the admin at all. We were playing Siene and we had taken over the C flag. I was dropping the buildings by E over the enemies. I began to run toward E and I was killed. The message said that I was killed because I was not trying to capture flags. When the gameplay continued I started running toward E again and I posted to chat, "what the fuck admin I was running toward E" A few seconds later I was banned. I use a lot of profanity when I play. I have played with blackgold50 a bunch of times before and noticed that he uses profanity as well. I have spoken to him (via chat) using profanity and it has never been an issue. I thought the guy was cool and still think that he is cool I just believe that maybe he misunderstood what I wrote? You can check your logs and if I was disrespecting him I would tell you but I was not. I did use profanity in asking him what was going on.
4. If profanity is not to be used on your servers then I won't use it plain and simple. I like your server. Good games and only the maps that I like plus, you could use profanity or maybe I just wasn't supposed to to begin with.

Please let me know of your decision either way.

Good morning. I was your banning admin. Last night was a bad night for the server. The round this happened in we lost by 253 points. That's just a lot of non teamplay going on. Your name stands out as one that has been warned before. I had made an announcement to stop sitting and try to capture flags. I had then started killing then kicking players still sitting back. As I ran towards D, I saw you hiding in a cubby hole dipping out to launch rpgs. I thought I had seen you there earlier so I killed you. I had already had quite a few other players arguing with admin decisions so my kindness was worn out. You came back arguing the kill and were banned for it. Please be aware when a team is getting it's ass handed to it most admins will regulate more and enforce working towards a flag. I am sorry this is your first post on our forums, hopefully you will stick around and contribute some. Anything else you'd like to add before I put your vote up?

Regardless of how the vote goes I would like clarification on the ban. Was I banned because I used profanity or because I questioned the admin. As I understand it now I was banned because "You came back arguing the kill and were banned for it" so what is the course to take. This is your server and your rules but I am confused as to what was done wrong. Please explain so that the same course of action is not followed.

Look at the battlelog from that round. click on the show all players button. Look at how many players we lost that round for multiple issues, most probably left because our team was not doing anything productive. There were MANY asshats on that night, I was trying to play and deal with those not following rules. I had sent out multiple warnings (yells at the bottom of the screen). ONE of those yells was about arguing or admin disrespect. When I killed you, you were hiding in a cubby hole. I took your statement as arguing and did not have time to deal with it or let it continue. I banned you. I would say in the future, the key would be to stop doing what you were doing that got you killed/kicked and not argue with an admin in game. The vote for your ban will end in the AM but I will probably not be here to deal with it so I am going to unban you now as it looks like it will end favoring unbanning you.

Thanks for the clarification Brian. I appreciate you guys making sure that everyone concentrates on the team and not on personal goals. You have the only server that does that and it is refreshing. Looking forward to playing with you guys again and then in BF4. Thanks for your time.
