Got banned, Not Deserved!

Hello to the Community of TPG. I am making this thread here, and wish to be unbanned. My story, I got into a Assault Heli, I flew the Heli with team mates, I was locked on by a Enemy, I was hit and Heli shut off, I crashed and apparently you guys have a auto ban set with a number of friendly kills. Anyone in my situation would have died, I couldn't have done anything to prevent my comrades from death. My in-game name is "RussianC" Please Un Ban, I only play on your servers and would love to keep on playing. I don't think I should be punished for the game engine. Thanks.

You were banned because you were flying in a hacked vehicle. I am not your banning admin, but he will be here when he can.

The Vehicle literally spawned in front of me. I had no clue what so ever that is was Hacked. Curious were the passengers also banned?

Hello RussianC,

I was your banning admin. You were banned for operating a hacked-in Mi-48 helocopter. We do not allow the use of hacked vehicles on our server; it constitutes cheating and goes against the first rule on our rule list. Please see: ARMA 3 Server Rules and Policies

We do not distinguish between those using the vehicle and the one that spawned it in when we issue a ban. Is there anything you would like to add before I start your vote?

Just would like to add That if I knew that it was a hacked vehicle I would have never touched the damn thing.
I legitimately thought it spawned there, unless there is a way to distinguish from legit/hacked I think this problem will keep on happening (Not that I want it to). People will continue to take advantage of the beta and it's trust for the client.

Just remember that in our server armed vehicles only spawn during the side objectives. I'll get your vote started.
