Thread: BF3 Ban on 7/7/13

Hello,

Thank you for allowing to play on your servers. It's a small respite in a sea a "normal" servers. I had the misfortune of being banned on your servers after being witnessed TKing a certain turc986 on Tehran Highway. This was in response to repeated Tk's by Turc on me on that map and the previous map Market. These attacks were unprovoked and performed because turc wanted to use the IFV. All he needed to do was ask. However he felt that as a recon player his high caliber round placed through my head was a more expeditious, if not diplomatic, move.

I responded by calling for an admin. I didn't hear a reply and after several attempts I resigned myself to being on my own. Unfortunately, Turc ADS'd me so I felt compelled to at least let him know that wasn't acceptable by putting him down. We then switched maps to Highway and the process repeated itself. Unbeknownst to me Zoran had showed up and was right beside us when Turc approached me again and I put him down. Had I known an admin was there I definitely would have explained the situation rather than resort to tit for tat.

I don't have any references on your server aside from the fact that I play their often. I just picked the game back up after a hiatus but I can say that I played with Maj. Brass the other night and hung out in the 3rd seat just to laz and repair. I know that's scant evidence and can't say with all the games he's played he'd remember but it's all I really have to offer.

I appreciate your consideration for unbanning and regardless of the outcome I've enjoyed my time on your servers.
