Thread: Ban report. Respond ASAP. Very concerning.

Hi all, my soldier name is Ocrap. Was banned for racial however you want to phrase it. Not appealing it.

My complaint/request is as such:

My friend and I (his soldier name is Oryg1n) were playing on your server and having fun. We were streaming this gameplay when a known hacker (ikevZZZ) killed him with a medpack. You can view this on the stream. I will post the link to the video and give you the time, etc etc. THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT. Anywho, the admins were EXTREMELY slow to respond and eventually banned oyrg1n with the reason of "let the admins do their job". This is an unneeded ban. I feel done sheerly out of swollen ego.

Now, why is Ocrap making this post and not Oryg1n? That's a good question. The answer is as follows, after being banned, said known hacker then commenced with a DDoS attack on oryg1n. His IP has been changed twice and the DDoS attacks follow immediately after he reconnects. So we are sorting this out now.

At the very least you could ban the hacker and unban oryg1n. If you are really nice you could give us his IP for a legal return action.

I look forward to what responses you come up with.

Update: We have oryg1n back online and after trying to rejoin server the ban reason "Hack" was given. Which honestly is very suspicious given the VERY recent events.. Thankyou

Yep. This happened. Link to it is right there. He killed me with a defib and medkits from across the map and then proceeded to DDOS me preventing my stream from continuing.

And then when I call him out I GET banned for whatever reason.

After the DDOS I reconnected to inform your admins and when I said they have some IP banning to do, I got banned by elfuriousgato for "hacking".

Your banning admin should be along shortly. However, I would just like to ask, if you are not appealing the ban, why are you even here?

If you wish to create an unban request, please create a separate thread. We take each case, on a case by case basis and do not merge threads together. Should you file and appeal, your banning admin will also address your thread.

I explained this in my post. And after speaking with a former admin in your TS i was informed that this would be acceptable. So i commenced with the process. What part are you having trouble understanding? I'm not being a smart butt by the way. It's just that my post was very self explanatory I believe.
