I was never warned multiple times to "just play and stop arguing". I was however killed then kicked for the stated reason of: Get on Flags.
When I reconnected I asked who the admin was. Then someone said something about them being anonymous. there were a few more
comments after but various people but I wasn't really paying attention. The I asked the enemy mortar guy harnocks if he had been killed for
not getting on flags. Which is when I got banned

The only thing I cant think of that I was arguing about, was the effectiveness of mortars. Which is what I was doing on the map: Seine
Crossing.

What I was doing was keeping the enemies mortars in check to help the team cap flags. I think they also had an MAV which was making
the enemies mortars a lot deadlier. I was also taking out snipers when I could.

I was not aware that I must play the way the admin demands I play especially since im being fair and not base raping. If the admin interpreted my actions of not getting on flags as arguing then I guess im guilty but then so are the snipers who were not getting on flags either. Except I wasn't seeing them be killed or kicked cause they were still sniping from more or less the same locations and not getting flags.

If I was being condescending toward blackgold50 it was probably only cause I wasn't aware he was an admin. He might have said to get on flags but I probably dismissed it since I thought he was just another player who didn't understand the significance of mortars.

I can understand the frustration in BF3 when you think your team isn't doing anything. However using your administrative powers to force your team into doing what you demand is absurd especially when they are playing legitimately and not intentionally TKing or base raping etc.

If you have access to the chat logs you can probably verify more or less everything I said. It should also be noted that I was not using foul or abusive language.

I would appreciate being unbanned from your BF3 server and I promise not to argue with an admin, as long as im aware they are.

I did ban you for arguing with an admin and not helping the team. I yelled at you multiple times to stop arguing and help your team. The comment about killing me too much and that's why I banned you was cute. The fact is that we had one flag and you were not helping us. You also instigated other players that were not even involved to start questioning admin calls. That is very disruptive for the server. We have quite a few players that expect us to enforce team play and play with us almost exclusively because we do enforce teamplay. Thanks for posting up sensibly. I will start your vote shortly. I am on my phone now and can't do the poll. It will take up to three days.

hey fourfinger, I'm back home now and had a chance to check the logs. You said you were not warned multiple times. Looks like I gave you multiple warnings/chances to change your ways and help the team cap flags. These would have been in large letters across the bottom of your screen. Your vote is still going on. The unban poll is not completed yet but things are looking good for you so I will remove your ban now. Please remember we take teamplay very serious around here and expect our players to do their best to capture flags. In the future, if you are killed or warned to do something like push an objective, please do not argue the decision while still doing what got you noticed the first time. You should join our TeamSpeak server. It really adds to the teamplay aspect of the game. If you have any problems getting back in game please PM me or post here.
