Un-Ban Request for Arma 3

#1 Reason for ban: Accidental TK and usage of the global channel

#2 In game name is Rishi and ID is 76561198045716250. I'm still not quite sure as to why I got banned other than the two factors listed above. I would like to know what I did wrong and sincerely apologize for the odious behavior that may have occurred during the time of ban. Due to the performance of my mid-range PC, i tend to get lag spikes in populated areas leading to me accidentally running over teammates. I have resolved this issue as of now. The usage of the global channel was in regards to other players on Independent using the channel excessively, which lead to miscommunication with teammates and profane comments from my side. I do sincerely apologize for this behavior. I've been playing on this server for that past 2 months and have absolutely adored it. Please do consider this request.

I believe I was your banning admin. on 13/07/26 for player named Rishi
It is disconcerting that you seem to admit to TKing and the abuse of global voice, and are trying use someone else's bad behavior as an excuse for your own.
However this is not why you were banned.

Voice was quiet for quite some time, at least 30 seconds of no one talking, when player Rishi keyed into side chat and randomly said "nigger" nothing else was said and side remained quiet.
ban was issued immediately. Zero tolerance for such an obviously racially derogatory term.

please address and explain the above reasons for your ban and we can continue.

#2 In game name is Rishi and ID is 76561198045716250. It has come to my knowledge that i've been banned for racial slurs where I addressed in side-chat. I do sincerely apologize for this behavior and will not condone this sort of conduct again. I've been playing on this server for that past 2 months and have absolutely adored it. Please do consider this request.
