Thread: Unban Request for ARMA 3

Today I was banned most likely for the reason I was using a voice changer and using Global. Now, I am very sure that I was annoying, and being a troll to people when doing this and I fully agree. In all honesty I feel ashamed I stooped low to people who spam global ingame, and I really do hate it when people do this (I play with VON at 0 because I hate hearing people talking in global, but for this I turned it on to hear people's reactions when doing the voice changer).

The reason behind this is because I wanted to hear people's reactions to see if people thought it was funny to use a voice changer. Well, I now understand the reaction: I was banned for doing this and I absolutely agree with it because nobody likes people trolling in global.

As the banned forum rules under Rule #3 state "We're not asking for an apology, unless you got banned for being a real jerk..." well I am sincerely sorry for acting like a jerk on global with the voice changer. It is something that I came across and thought that I would try it on ARMA 3, well now I know that bothers people as it bothers me and many other ARMA players when people talk in global. Now I truly know how annoying it is for people doing these immature things in VON.

The server I was playing on was TeamPlayerGaming.com ArmA 3 Beta 404Wasteland 1.07h - Stratis. The admin I believe who banned me was Nuckle.

In conclusion, I agree with the ban that yes I was annoying during that game, and especially it was immature to use it to get laughs using a voice changer. I absolutely do not condone spamming in global, but this time I understand that I myself stooped low as other players who do the same thing as I did by breaking the rules. I already uninstalled the program because I now realized by being banned how people don't like it when people do the things I did and get banned for it. No body likes trolls, and I hope to start new by being unbanned and keeping to my promise that I will never do such an immature thing on ARMA 3 again.
