#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I got banned cause I shot (what I believe to be an Admin) due to him flashing a laser at me while mortaring enemy front lines.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
TPG Battlefield 3 HC server. 64 player count. The person I shot had "wolf" in their name.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I believe the story is one sided here. I was actively trying to mortar the enemy team back from D so we could take it. Apparently this wolf guy thought otherwise. The squad I was in was locked as my buddy had it locked but I am not certain that should be held against me as I wasn't the one with that power.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I never intentionally teamkill unless it is provoked. I will continue that motto. I don't teamkill for the fun nor do I mean to do it to ruin the game for anyone else. I simply retaliated in this instance.

Your banning admin will be with you shortly. Just so you know....intentional tk's result in bans, even if they are to retaliate a TK.

Hello Mr Lovette. I was your banning admin. While I don't quite remember the situation, the logs pretty much back up your story. We have a zero tolerance policy for intentional team kills. Next time, think twice about firing at a friendly. At any rate, I'll put a vote up before our admins and it should be complete in no more than 3 days.
