I was banned due to disrespect because I was rude in chat on your server. I understand and am fine with that.

I was rude on said server because I was previously kicked in the last one minute of a match for not pushing objectives. I was very upset because I felt I was being harassed.
I was clearly pushing objectives because I was MVP, squad leader, and my squad and I held A and B single handedley while our team fought for the other flags. Speciez and safrigirl can vouch for me.

The reason I felt as though I was being harassed is because in the recent past ive been kicked numerous times in one night because a admin didn't like my emblem. My emblem says "fuckyou". It doesn't break any rules and is not offensive. Also there were people on that server that night with nudity and swastikas on there emblems but they stayed.

I was playing on the BF4 TPG server

The admins in question are not known to me, they dont put there name after kicking.

I was banned by {HRD}ZoranDaWicked and I immediately went to TS and talked to him which brought me here.

I should be unbanned because I am a team player and have plenty of friends that play there and we do very well together.
Speciez is one of your most played people on your server and he can vouch for me.

I re-frame from being disrespectful on your server.

Hey Devil,

Thank you for the honest reply. Yes You were banned for being disrespectful. You were kicked before that for not pushing the objectives. As admins, we need to make judgement calls when players are not pushing objectives or just sitting back and camping. I do not look at the scoreboard or see who the squad leaders are and usually dont ask other admins before we enforce the TPG rules. In this cause several admins who were squad leaders said there were at least a half dozen people not pushing.

As we discussed on teamspeak, I'm not sure who was harassing you because of your emblem. TPG has rules with Nudity and Swastikas and drugs....those will get you banned. I apologize if you felt you were being harassed. There is another section in the forums that is for abusive admins.

I will get your vote started in the admin forums. This should not take longer then 3 days. Keep you posted.

I would like to add to this that BECAUSE of your kick the other night regarding your emblem we revisited our rules regarding emblems. We do NOT kick for profanity or cartoonish nudity... even swastikas need to be overtly racist in nature for us to kick someone. We have gone back over these rules with the admins and that should not happen again in the future. With as many as 66 people playing on one server sometimes snap judgements are made and occasionally the wrong one will be made. I don't fault our admins as it's a tough job. But for that incident I wish to apologize on behalf of TPG.

Of course that incident and the above apology does not address the not pushing objectives issue that Zoran has addressed.
