I don't know if this ban is permanent or temporary, but put simply, a player was whining about the admins hacking, i joked "am admin, can confirm". that was it. I wasn't going out of my way impersonating an admin. I made a joke, map changed, left it at that, and then banned.

whoever banned me clearly doesn't have a sense of humor, as I imposed no threat to the server or the community. so here I am requesting an unban, or if its temporary then I'll serve my time. I just don't find a permaban necessary for something so small.

edit: ingame name is the same as my forum name

Hello 420, I'm the banning admin.

You you were banned for impersonating an admin. You also added that you cheat. These are the reasons.

I was not in game and did not see the total conversation going on. I did see via Procon the above info. At TPG we take teamplay very seriously. Currently the ban is a Perm one. Thank you for explaining what was going on at the time. The admins at TPG work really hard to keep the servers clear of problem players. We do not mess around when doing so.

Sit tight, I'll start a vote of the admins to unban you. This takes no longer then 3 days.

Obviously a joke. But not one we take lightly. Especially when you imply that you cheat. We do not suffer cheaters to exist on our property. That's why Zoran acted swiftly and rightly so. Remember that in the future and I'm sure we'll get along just fine. :)

Thanks for the quick response and concern. I definitely don't hack, lol. But, normally i'd just swing to another server after a ban but good BF4 servers are few and far between, yours is quite enjoyable. I'll definitely keep my mouth shut in the future, i've just been conditioned to the adminless free-for-alls that flood the server list.
