Banned for derogatory language / trying to kill in safezone

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I apparently ran over an admin at the NWAF Safezone at approximetley 3:30 AM - 4:00 AM -8:00 GMT Pacific Time

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
TPG - TeamPlayerGaming.com Overpoch[0.3]/Chernarus/Missions
I've heard Fox was the admin who banned me, but I'm not completely sure
I don't know all of the admins on this server as I am very new to it

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I now completely fully understand the consequences of my decisions and in all honesty I don't believe taking an unlocked truck in the safezone was against the TOS, but if somehow I did run him over it was completely on accident and non intended, if it was recorded you will see a player get run over the other Offroader with the .50 cal on it. I was in the Red Offroader and did NOT intend on running over anyone and I sold the truck shortly after. Although, I did a little smack talking ingame and it wasn't supposed to be harmful, if you're on the internet it happens, but now realizing that those actions aren't tolerated I hope I will be lucky enough to recieve a second chance.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
As of right now, I will never again use derogatory language or use a vehicle to run over someone in a safezone

I banned you.

You ran me over with a vehicle in the traderzone 2x and because of your continuous verbal harassment during the incident at the trader.

Please allow myself and the other admins of this community the necessary time to process your unban request. It may take up to 3 days for your request to be fully processed. Should myself or any other admin of this community have any questions during this time, they will be asked in this thread.

Rooster was told to keep an eye out for further disruption from you and you colleagues yesterday after you continually spammed the side chat with racial slurs and hateful remarks including , I believe one time where you filled the side chat bar up with "faggot". While one instance of this is not a bannable offense the "n" word you used was. In fact if I had been fast enough yesterday Rooster would not have been your banning admin, I would. Also being a disruptive player on the TeamPlayerGaming servers is an easy way to get shown the door. In no way are we telling you that you have to be a nice guy or not follow the bandit code or whatever on our server. But you WILL NOT be a racist or a disruption to the whole server or you will not play here.

Since you have already stated you will never use derogatory language we will get your unban vote started. Also running over someone in the trader cities is not "technically" against the rules but we have had instances where running over someone actually killed them and thus the offending party was banned. This will probably not be a good idea for you since you will only rack up negative points for yourself for another rule infraction.

Well, thank you for the replies and in the case I do get unbanned like I said I will keep my word and refrain from using any disruptive/derogatory language throughout the TPG community.

Thanks for your patience. The results of your unban vote were definitive. Your ban is going to be upheld. This is not a permanent ban and you will have the opportunity to appeal 30 days from the date of your first post. Should you feel like you would like to come back to our server in the future, I can only hope that you will refrain from the displaying the behavior that got you hear to begin with.
