This is a link to one of the videos I have of you. In this video your behavior with the aiming mechanism is completely dissimilar to anything I or many of our other admins have seen. You, for the most part, aim low at the water with limited viewpoints, yet you see everything that goes on. You snap to your targets or snap to targets labeled on the spectator map that aren't necessarily spotted on your mini map. I chose to initiate the ban not because I can guarantee you're hacking, but because I question what I see in this video. At TPG we like to bring these notions to the forums and leave the in-game spatter to a minimum.

Feel free to address this.

The parts of the video where my crosshair is aiming down into the water correspond to the times when I was in 3rd person.

As to the minimap, please understand that the minimap you see in spectator mode is my minimap. You're not looking at a special "spectator minimap." Anything that you saw on the minimap, I saw on the minimap. If you doubt this to be the case, the clearest proof is between 6:07 and 6:09. At 6:07, there is no spawn beacon visible on the minimap on the island in front of my boat. Two seconds later, a spawn beacon appears on the minimap, but there is no player visible on the minimap who could have placed it there. If the beacon was just placed at 6:09, then at 6:08, you should have been able to see the player on the minimap who placed it. You cannot. If the beacon was there already, it obviously wasn't visible at 6:07, in which case you definitively know that the minimap in spectator mode is not showing you anything more than what it was showing me.

We do sincerely apologize for the wait. If you can excuse my, as you so elegantly put, "lack of expertise", I tested the 3rd person spectate issue along with a fellow admin and we both saw some consistencies with your video and the test video. While it wasn't as prevalent in our test as it was in your video, we have to contest that it was because the server tested wasn't populated, and therefore not an adequate representation of the video posted in this thread. You'll have to forgive me here as this isn't something we have come up very often on our servers. I'm sure that you know it takes a lot of time and research to find someone who is or isn't hacking when the signs aren't so obvious or prevalent.

I'm going to remove the ban as I or anyone else can't confirm the use of hacks. You are welcome to join the server immediately, and if you add your bf4 info to your profile and post up in this thread Free reserve slot - introduce yourself We'll hook you up with a 30 day reserve slot.
