1. Why do you think you got banned?

I referenced the word “jew” in side chat. I received an initial kick from the server for this offense. A few

moments later while at the trader another player named ScaryTree called me a “chink”. I responded by

saying “a chink?”. I received a second kick and ultimately a ban for this offense although I was merely

repeating what was said to me in the form of a question.

2. What server were you on? What admin banned me? What admin’s were there playing?

I was on TPG’s Arma 3 Chernaras Overpoch server (72.249.124.139:2302). An admin named “Ace”

purportedly banned me. Another admin, who my team mates spoke with on the TPG teamspeak

server’s name was Rooster. My steam ID is: Teddy 1x4. My name in this Arma 3 server is “Hassan”.

3. Why should I be unbanned?

I made a mistake in which my own team mates reprimanded me heavily for. This brief period of gaming

time does not represent my behavior as a gamer and a true loyalist to the Arma franchise. I am

confident that my future gaming endeavors on this server will be considerably better and I will not make

the same mistake twice.

4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get me banned again.

I ensure the TPG admin’s as well as my fellow gamers that I will not behave in an offensive way;

intended or unintended. The actions in which I exhibited that evening will not reoccur and I will prove

this in short order if given a chance to play again on the server.

Hassan,

You were banned based on the following activities.

1. Making a comment that was borderline racist along the lines of "a pu**sy being black"
-for this you received an admin private message which stated further racist actions would result in a ban.
2. Calling someone a "Jew"
-at this point you were kicked, and again told further racist actions would result in a ban.
3. Calling someone a "Chink"
-after which you said something along the lines of "come on admin do it"
-at which point you were banned.

**I realize ScaryTree called you a chink. After already having 2 warnings within an hour or two of playing on the server, responding with further racist words was directly defying admin warnings. He was also kicked as a result of using racist comments**

Not only do I see a violation of TPG rules regarding racism on the server, but a general defiance and disrespect for the administration of the server.

Do you believe this is a true and fair assessment of the events leading to your ban? What makes TPG admins voting on your case confident that you would not continue to break server rules and disrespect the administration.

For someone wanting to return to the server, why would use a forum name of "unfairracism"? Is this a further attempt to defy and mock the server administration?

After you reply I will create your unban vote in the admin forum.

Can you post the log of the first comment, i don't believe that was me nor did i type that. i dunno how i would get a private message if i was never on the forums kind of fishy. I never called anyone a chink just typed the word after the Tree dude used it. Let the people decide my fate with a poll.

Really? Your vote was going in your favor too... But nope. Had to make it real easy for us to decide this one. Sit and spin for a month and maybe we'll look again if you take a knee and ask REAL fuckin nicely.
