[BF4] --sK--ryPta-- Ban Appeal
#1. Why do you think you got banned?
Spawned in the pilot seat of the attack chopper and ZoranDaWicked spawned as my gunner. I asked him to get out so a friend who I was on Teamspeak with could be my gunner. I asked him multiple times over a period of 45 seconds or so and he never responded. I ditched him and the chopper in the water next to the deployment and he banned me for team-killing (even though he was still alive).
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
TeamPlayerGaming.com BF4 - Normal - All Maps - Active Admins. ZoranDaWicked banned me.
#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Your server is called "Team Player Gaming." All I was trying to do was play with my team. If a helicopter pilot cannot communicate with his gunner, their combined effectiveness drops considerably. This guy couldn't even be bothered to type "no" when repeatedly and politely asked if he would let my friend by my gunner.
#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will not intentionally ditch a vehicle in the water again.Last edited by rypta; 05-20-15 at 02:45 AM.

Bullshit I repeatedly asked you attack the marker and all I got in response was why and I know I shouldn't post here but enough is enough .

Oh, the commander who kept spamming our squad nonsensical orders and then yelled at us in barely comprehensible English when we didn't follow them. Nice of you to stop by. The only thing we ever said to you -- and I remember it fondly -- was "shut the fuck up."

Re: [BF4] --sK--ryPta-- Ban Appeal
Have you noticed the name of the server you were playing on, and the website you are posting in? Around here, we play as a team and honor the chain of command. Had I seen you tell a CO to "stfu", I would have banned you, and maybe this bush-league chopper crashing bullshit would have never happened. The trash would have already been at the curb.
Zoran will be in here shortly to address your ban, but judging by your conversation with Festus (who, as a direct witness, is not only welcome to post here, but encouraged to do so), I have a feeling your attitude will not help you.

If he's allowed to post being a direct witness, then I hope you'll take into consideration knowing what happened from another witness. He was telling Rypta and I in the attack chopper to attack and cap random objectives, while we were having to fight the other two choppers and avoid AA mines and Stingers on those objectives (rather loudly into VOIP as well). If we actually followed his orders we would have immediately been killed.
If you're not familiar with it, there's a feature in the game called Mutiny. If a squad doesn't feel that a commander is giving good orders they can mutiny him, which is what we did. I understand your server has a rule applying to following squad leader orders, but that should not apply to commanders when the latter can easily lose a game for a team if you follow blindly, which is why there is a mutiny function in the game.
