Second unban request

I wrote an essay for everyone to read....but then this happened.

I am now banned from the site, totally. Too bad I spent all that time writing that essay.....literally hours probably.

now...no one will be able to read it here....now I won't be able to link it to my friends....now I can't be the pwnssderazo1!!.

I skipped right to the end because to be perfectly honest, I read enough books, and I don't need to read yours...

Look man, we deal with thousands of players each day and we don't have time to coddle every player that has a problem with us. If an admin wants to be blunt with you, by all means... they can and will be. For you to get defensive and shoot back probably wasnt the best approach.

Sorry you don't like the way we run things here at TTP. You are more than welcome to play on one of the other thousands of servers out there... trust me when I say we aren't holding you back.

Recently since the new L4D upgrade I have noticed about 15 % of the lobby's I go into have an afk lobby leader. This is very annoying! Other player's try to go into another lobby just to re-join the same afk lobby again!!

L4D should have a votekick lobby leader feature for afk lobby leaders OR create a lobby timer where after 5 mins if a game doesn't start, the lobby gets dissolved.

Anyone else see this problem too?

If the vote kick lobby feature is there it will be inproperly used. And i've been in a lobby for over 5 minutes WAITING for more players so a timer would be weird.

I have this problem constantly and understand your concern. Read up on it maybe they already fixed it for L4D2, but hopefully not like Gears of War 2 where you can't host public games at all. :P

Just have if the Lobby Leader doesn't respond in 10 minutes he gets kicked.

i thinkthis would be to abused, and a timer would annoying. and personally im not going to wait ten minutes just for the host to be booted, i would just find a new game

Right idea, but my idea would be as soon as the game had 4 players, I'd give the leader 60 seconds to start the game before making the player below LL. 10 minutes is waaaay too long.

60 seconds?! I rarely play Pub matches an I'm always waiting for friends to join, so i don't want to be booted becuase we have 5 players and waiting on the other 3... I say just find a new lobby, its annoying but there is no real viable solution to this problem.

Wait, so does the host get booted at 10 minutes if there's a full lobby?. Cause I'm pretty sure if he didn't respond after 10 minutes, most of the people would have left awhile ago. That's a stupid feature.
