READ THIS BEFORE POSTING! BANNED FORUM RULES/PROCEDURES
Things to keep in mind when you start your request to be unbanned:
There are no apologies from any of us, so don't expect them. Banning is not something that all our admins have powers to do. Ban powers are reserved for admins that know the game, the server, and the players. Bans are also typically discussed and agreed upon by several admins secretly, so don't come in here thinking that only one admin is out to get you. Should you wish to be unbanned, here's some easy steps to get things started:
#1. Why do you think you got banned?
Refrain from speaking like an idiot. Keep in mind that server admins and those who own servers typically aren't leet speaking dweebo's. Clearly, and calmly, tell us what you think you did to get yourself banned.
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
Our admin identities are typically kept secret, so just name as many players as you can think of. Maybe take a look at your stats in the TPG stats databases, linked in our left side main menu. Browse your screenshots. It's extremely helpful to us, as well, if you provide links to your player stats, such as in those mentioned above. BE SURE TO INCLUDE IT IN YOUR POST. To expedite your unban, you MUST include identifying information about your player. For Source games, that's a steamID, which you can find on here: TeamPlayer Gaming - Rankings, or by joining any game and typing "status" in the console. For BF games, that's a player name, playerID (the series of numbers towards the end of your player stats), and/or CD-hash (that's an encrypted ID for your CD-key, which is what the bans are logged by. IT IS NOT YOUR CD-KEY).

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
We're not asking for an apology, unless you got banned for being a real jerk, which we typically don't do. A good answer would be "I should have been more clear in explaining how I made that kill, instead of just saying 'I'm wall hacking right now. Eat it, admin!'. In the future, I will keep in mind that this is not my server, and next time I am questioned as to the level of my skill and playing style, I will be more upfront with my explanations."
#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
Keep in mind, you are now on the short list of people needing to be banned. Even a minor slip-up will get you back in the hole.
#5. Failure to address all of the above questions clearly will result in your post being locked and/or your unban request to go unprocessed. If you don't care, we don't care.
#6. If your ban is sustained (upheld by the voting admins), you will have to wait at least 30 days before any additional request to be "unbanned" can be accepted.
TeamPlayerGaming is really trying to be a server/game place about fairness, working together, and being a team. Speak fairly and calmly to us, and expect to receive the same to you. In addition, if you feel we were so far out of line in our actions, be sure to also make a post admin abuse forum here: PLEASE READ!!!!!!.
Once the vote has begun to remove your ban, 3 days will be given to allow the admin population to give their input and submit their votes. Hence, your biggest goal here should be to present an argument that will get you votes, NOT take them away.
WARNINGIf you are not an admin of the game in question, a banned player, or a relevant eyewitness for either party, you have no business in this forum and are prohibited from posting. This rule is harshly enforced.
In the event that your account is banned by VAC, Punk Buster, or any other third party software installed on our servers, you will be required to appeal to those developers. Only then, if your ban is lifted you will be granted an appeal and be required to submit an unban request in the banned forums. If you are not able to resolve this issue with those developers, you are to remain banned from all TPG property indefinitely. TPG has zero tolerance for people that choose to cheat, and we trust managed systems like PB and VAC to identify such cheaters. No exceptions.
Good luck.
***For players kicked/banned by punkbuster for TKing, or other automated functions in BF-related games (like being idle), please note, these kicks and bans are AUTOMATED, and TEMPORARY. We can not, and will not suspend them just so you can connect immediately. You will have to wait the ~24 hours mandated by the temporary ban. If you STILL can't connect after 24 hours has elapsed, THEN make your unban request.

By a vote of the high, mid, and full site moderator population of TTP...updated with:
In the event that your account is banned by VAC, Punk Buster, or any other third party software installed on our servers, you will be required to appeal to those developers. Only then, if your ban is lifted you will be granted an appeal and be required to submit an unban request in the banned forums. If you are not able to resolve this issue with those developers, you are to remain banned from all TTP property indefinitely. TTP has zero tolerance for people that choose to cheat.
In the event that you are discovered to have a current, or closely linked VAC or PB ban on your current profile (steamID, player, etc), you will be excommunicated. As a player, you should know that such scarlet letters will affect you, and TTP can not be affiliated with people that have such histories.
If you are found to have been recently banned by VAC or PB, and obtain an ID merely to circumvent the ban, you will be excommunicated.
If you know you have a ban history, your best choice is to approach us FIRST, admit your past transgressions, and move on. This applies to people that were banned LONG ago, essentially in a former life. NOT people banned recently, and most especially NOT people that were banned while affiliated with or on TTP property.
The big picture is about preventing cheating. VAC and PB are not fool proof, but neither are our own admins. And just as if you were to change your name, or come in with another steamID to circumvent a TTP ban, you will be held to the same accountability for VAC and PB bans. Except we elevate such punishments to being a full excommunication. You can not post, play, or participate with anything TTP if you have VAC, PB, or any other official service bans on your record. Period.
