Okay, I figured out that my "cl_backspeed" variable was set lower somehow. Plus, I didn't want to be unbanned. My brother is running his mouth and I am too.... Thanks for all the bullshit when I asked for technical help when you tards didn't know what you were talking about. This makes a perfect example of why someone would be banned without cheating.

Cheaters get banned; assholes get their shit jacked up, and THEN get banned.

Maybe if you'd educated yourself over at the Steam forums, your configs wouldn't have been wrecked.

i have had l4d scene cristmas and was working fine cristmas day but yester day now today also l4d has been brining up the preparing to launch screen but not launching. :zombie08: it seems its gone to the toilet. and one help me with this? i have u[pdated drivers and right ghz. heres my specs.

I was having the same exact problem and it seems to be working fine after I did this.

Try this...

Close Steam if it is open.

Click start > then click All Programs > then click Accessories > then find command prompt, right click it, then click run as administrator.

After that enter this line of code exactly and press enter:
net localgroup Administrators /add Local Service

Then launch Left4Dead and hopefully this worked for you!
