im still banned even tho my ban was overturned, when does the ban get lifted off the server?

I would:

1) Check settings (maybe graphical settings to high?)

2) See if any external problems are affecting it. (Automatic virus scan overloading computer?)

3) Reinstall the game.

4) If nothing works, contact Steam/Value Support.
