Just found your server

How D Texas Team Players.

While on the BF2142 Conquest server tonight I was kicked from the server. I'm pretty new to it so I don't know who the admin was.

As I have no clue as to why, I am a bit worried. Recently finding your server and enjoying the involvement and teamwork that goes on I notified my clan of the server to come along with me. I think its a great server you have and I would like to continue joining it and bring some of my guys over.

But I am a little confused by what happened and all I can offer up is while I was kicked the only thing that caught my eye was the words... "Ok have it your way"....... I was running at the time that message popped up so perhaps you might understand my suprise.

I registered with my main clan name, but in BF2142 I am sWs»PHunnelL

I would like an explaination of why I was kicked, and if it is legitimate I will correct the problem.

You weren't banned from the server, only kicked. As for the reason, this message was broadcast no less than eight times shortly before your kick:

UNSQUADED PLAYERS ARE ABOUT TO BE KICKED....JOIN A SQUAD

You're free to reconnect to the server any time. Note, however, that our expectation as part of being a teamplay-oriented server is to be in a squad at all times. By all means, bring your friends, and we'll show them how it's done.

When playing on single player, the right analog stick on my controller is like this:

Left - right = Up - down (or down - up)
Up - down = nothing.
Left analog stick is normal (forward, back, strafing)

When playing split screen with Splitmode.txt, it changes a bit to this:

Controller #1 = Same.

Controller #2 = Same, but up = fire, down = shove.

How do I fix this? I chopped and changed a couple of lines in the Splitmode.txt but that seems to have no effect.

I've had this problem in another game, to me I don't see why I'm not allowed to set the controls for analog sticks, or at least both rather than only one of the two. -_-

You're probably already aware of this, but on the PC version, in the setting menu, we have an option called "reverse mouse" (or something like that). It just feels natural to me to make my character look UP when I move the mouse DOWN and vice versa. It's weird, I know. But every time I play a first person shooter I have to "reverse mouse".

Does the 360 have a similar setting? It might say something like "reverse x/y" too.

Oh yes, it has that... for ONE axis - the vertical one.

This is insane. Now neither controller works AT ALL, and the keyboard doesn't work unless I make it split screen (exec Splitmode.txt).
