#1. Why do you think you got banned?

I am going to be honest here i got banned about six months ago and i couldn't tell you why but it most likly had something to do with my quick switch
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

texas...teamplayers...CS: main server

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

well i believe and its ok if you don't agree but people change and grow up and everyone deserves a second chance

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

i can only give you my word that i will follow your rules and nothing more

whats your steam ID?

i rather not post that before i get some replies from people on the status of my ban if this is a problem i am sure i can work something out

alright as soon as i am able to retrieve that from my other pc i will get that on here
