Just a ban?

I just got banned for 1 hour for not "following the call" Since it's only for 1 hour, I suppose it's not a big deal, but for the record my wife was reading me her book review so I didn't "hear" any calls for a few rounds. I understand that this is a "teamplayer" server. I did not realize that not listening to "the call" was a banning offense, however. I tend to be a lonewolf, to cover the weak side or the flank or to fill in the gaps etc. It's my style, but I have good team communication skills and I respond to input from other players. For instance, once we know which way the other team is going or where the bomb is....

Just hoping this isn't someone taking advantage of a situation to ban me because they're still miffed over the http://www.texasteamplayers.com/index.php?topic=31609.0 situation.

Since it was only an hour ban you shouldn't be posting this. Now if your claiming admin abuse there's a place for that.

and I'd suggest you drop the "I'm a lonewolf" quality. Such people are spit on here.

There is a need to guard a flank and cover the rear....to create diversions and to offer complexity to the team strategy.

But there is no need for people that take it upon themselves to do these things without involving the team, and being a part of the plan.

lonewolfs are hunted and banned in ttp. change, or leave.

temp ban. non issue. locked.

I noticed that Cold Stream doesn't have a saying on its movie poster like the others. (Ex. No Mercy: Curing the infection....one bullet at a time.) Now that most people have played through the map, what do you think would be a good saying for it?
