Thread: Unban Request

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I was banned for calling a teamplayer a Jew.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
I was banned from the TTP COD:4 server. I believe my banning Admin was Arreo, but other admins were online. My COD:4 stats are in my profile.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I should have kept my comment to myself. Calling the player a Jew was to be implied as a joke, I know that such a comment is tasteless and shall not be repeated again. Next time that an Admin asks me to respond to such a disrespect, I will respond in a timely and appropriate manor.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will refrain from committing any activities that will get me banned again.

#5. Failure to address all of the above questions clearly will result in your post being locked and/or your unban request to go unprocessed. If you don't care, we don't care.

#6. If your ban is sustained (upheld by the voting admins), you will have to wait at least 30 days before any additional request to be "unbanned" can be accepted.
If my ban is sustained I will wait the full 30 days before requesting another unban.

I didn't ban you for the racist remark. I kicked you for that. You were banned because you didn't respond to the console asking you if you understood what you did wrong and if you would apologize for it.

This was a hard call to make but from where I (and the other admins on at the time) were sitting it looked like you made this comment with some malicious intent. Then after coming back you seemed to not notice or care that you had been kicked and you failed to respond to the console's requests.

As you know TTP doesn't kick or ban for language. However, we do have to take action for the intent behind the words. And as I said, it looked to the admins on at the time that the comment was malicious. I understand your clarification above and apologize for the inconvenience this ban has caused. If I could do it again, I would not have banned you.

I will recommend that you be unbanned.
