Request to be Unbanned

Yes i was playing tonight on Thursday June 5th and was randomly banned. I was on yalls TTP server for TF2 and i was on the red team defending the last point ( C ) after A and B were both capped. I was playing demoman on the point protecting it and got banned. I really dont know why i got banned. My player name is [OO] IPwnTeamates and my steamID is STEAM_0:1:8234923. I dont know what admins were on at the time. I think i should be unbanned cause im a descent player i dont cheat and i play frequently with a friend that plays on yalls server too. Whatever i did im sorry and just let me know what i did and ill be sure to fix it.

You were banned on suspicion of being someone who has caused no end of trouble for TTP. There was only circumstantial evidence but unfortunately in this case extreme paranoia is justified.

I have a two questions for you:
How did you choose your name?
How long have you been a member of [OO]?

Sorry for stepping here, but take a look at who hosts the server you were on and then take a look at the name on the site. It is called Texas ...TeamPlayers... Your name is [OO] IPwnTeamates? How do you think that sits with us. We don't PWN our teammates, we assist. We play as a team. We work towards the objective as a team. We communicate as a team.

I can attest that IPWN is NOT this problem causer as he has only been playing for a few weeks and usually only with me. He is not a very active member of OO but he hangs out with those OOers from Louisiana.

We gave him that name one night when we were playing a game called gunbound and he was not that good and he usually, accidentally, team killed us all.

I have played TF2, BF2, BF2142, CS:S with him countless times and he has always been a team player regardless of his K/D ratio.

I would personally appreciate it if he was unbanned so I can play with my friend ;)
(If he does cause trouble I will physically hurt him, I have told him this many times)

w4jchosen I told him that right after he told me he was banned, but he will change that as well if needed.

hahahaha yeaa its a funny story with the name i got it a few years ago playing a game called gunbound. i wasnt that great at it and unfortunately most of my shots wouldd hit team mates. there for my friends that i played with that were part of OO gave me the name IPwnTeamates just for fun. now i still use it to this day. ive been with OO for a while......im not an active OOer but i hang out with all the Louisiana OOers and play with them. I dont actually Pwn Teamates..........i just like the name. my BF2 name is OOPSWASTHATMYGUY but i am probally one of the best snipers in the game......not to bragg but im good. so thats how i go the name.

Thank you both for explaining the situation. As I said however that paranoia is justified.

I will put up your vote to be unbanned, you will be notified of the results in about 3 days.

And just for the record you might want to pick a different name. It will continue to rub the members of TTP the wrong way.
