Banned From Bf2

Yes I remember being in clean sweep when I was banned, but as for leading up to –if someone was communicating with me I did not see it. Never -Never have I ever hacked in 15 years of playing online gaming, don’t even know how to do it.. Or wish to. I was an admin for First Army =1A= and Banned several for hacking and never knew how they did it. So from this point all I can give you is my word that I have never hacked in my life!

The situation was as follows.

I was on the USMC and was by the Small Airstrip flag on Operation Clean Sweep. My squad and I had just taken the flag and was defending it. I just walked by the rail and I was saw a flash of a blue tag and a brown (MEC) not light brown like the USMC and was killed by a PKM. (I could tell it was a PKM because of the distinctive sound it has). It said I was teamkilled by -R- Metalwood. At the time I attempted to kick you because I was quite sure there was no enemies near by. Unfortunately there was some syntax error and it never went through. At the time I did not see your player on the player list so I thought you got scared and left.

Some time later, at the same flag interestingly enough, I clearly saw you, Metalwood in a MEC uniform with a blue (friendly) tag. I hesitated to fire, and you killed me. I thought ok maybe I have a red/blue tag bug (which exist but are rare as the last one I had was over a year and a half ago). However, I then immediately saw that you had been teamkilled by one of my team mates. In the scrolling list of kills, it showed up in blue, meaning you were on my team. But you had just killed me with the PKM again and not gotten a TK like before? There was no way that there could be a bug involving the same player like the situation that just transpired. As a result I banned you for hacking.

I’m just blown away about this, not as much anymore about being able to play in someone’s server as implicated in Hacking .Hacking –Unreal! This is a first.
Well, I do remember the team tag glitch and your right, it been about a year or so since I’ve seen it. Remember restarting to clear it up. Now PKM, I never use the PKM, Hardly ever and didn’t on that night. If you look at my bf2 stats I hate that weapon.. Loath it.
And as far as team killing I didn’t remember killing anyone in that round.
I don’t know, Wrong tag, PKM Tk’s Hacking… Do I team kill “unfortunately yes”
“On porpose”NEVER. Have I ever hacked - Never, Again would not know how or would have any desire to… I’m a 45 year old gamer that has no interest in such things. Always thought it was a child or a freak that did it in the first place… too much time on their hands. That’s why =1A= left cal 2 years ago…it looked like a bunch of exploiters or hackers..
Well with all that said, hate this. Can’t explain what you saw, really can’t. Obviously it’s in your hands. The only last word from me is, never have done it!
