Thread: Banned for playing bells?

#1:I guess I'm ignorant as I have been in the server numerous times and people would shoot the bells. I shot the bells a few times before running out of the spawn and I get kicked and banned.

#2: I was on the normal CSS server. I really have no idea who banned me, and honestly can't remember the names of those that were in the server at the time.

#3: I like playing on the servers and enjoy the guys that play also. I had no idea this was a bannable offense.

#4: If shooting the bells gets me banned, I won't shoot them anymore. :)

I was your banning admin..I banned your for non-teamplay..The T's made a call (middle too B) yet you camp in spawn and shoot the bells while we try and complete the objective. A vote will be put up for you in our admin forums...give us 3 days and well let you know what the deal is. If you do get voted unbanned..I suggest the next time you decide to play in a TTP server..You get with the team and pursue the objective.

Thanks for responding, it really caught me off guard because all I did was fire a few shots at the bells when leaving the spawn area (after buying my equip) and there was even someone still in the spawn as I was leaving (couldn't have been but maybe 10-15 seconds after round started) and I thought I would have gotten a warning if I had done something wrong. I've seen others in the server go in different directions than the call and get at least 1 warning before being kicked...but I didn't get anything other than seeing the admin asking who was shooting the bells, I answered and was promptly kicked and banned. Anyhow, I like playing on the servers and prefer the regular CSS to the Top5 server so I hope to be back in. Thanks
