Banned from TTP

I originally posted this in a different form but apparently it has to be this way so

#1. Why do you think you got banned?

I was apparently spamming chat while a game was going on. When I joined there was 4 of us and me and a fellow player were talking, then people came in before I realized/heard the warnings.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

Texas....Teamplayers...CSS. I don't remember the admin, but he didn't ever specify the name of who he was warning to not spam voice chat, therefore I was banned without ever really hearing the warning.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I have never been a problem with anyone in the server and I know the rules considering I have been playing in the CSS server for a few months and the Battlefield server even longer. I respect the rules and play as a team and always make the calls/respond to them. I have played with the EVO clan many time and I am friends with most of them.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I won't ever spam the chat again, though I rarely talk in the chat unless I'm making a call, therefore I never spam. Regardless I will not spam voice chat again.

I Read it and if you read my forum, I answer all of the questions, but I did not know the admin.

Lock Fox, I was your banning admin. You were banned for repeatedly disobeying the admin. You were muted because you and your friend on at the time were spamming the mic. I warned you three times in admin chat to not spam the mic, and yet you still did. When I muted you, you disconnected from the server and reconnected so that you wouldn't be muted. Upon your return, you were quickly muted and you did the same thing. After the second time, you were banned for blatant disrespect for the admin. You were muted so that you would learn to use your mic wisely while you were alive. You and your friend were talking all the time while you guys were alive and made it impossible for anyone on your team to hear positions of the bomb, what site, etc.

With that said, I will put your vote up in the admin forums give it 3 days.

You still tried to override my authority by disconnecting and reconnecting....thats the point. You would have been unmuted in 5 rounds, but you chose not to wait and tried to override my authority, so you were banned.

I didn't know you would unmute me considering I know none of the admins. Most are jerks in other servers so I didn't know you would unmute after 5 rounds. I reconnected and still didn't say a word regardless. I got the message after the muting because I figured you were talking to me. The prior warnings that you gave, I never knew they were directed at me.
