#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I was banned for "wallhacking" ; Absolutely nothing but play good and use sound. I do not cheat.

I am respectful and I team play. And most importantly(at the moment) do not cheat.

When I first got banned.. anger first settled in. I quickly posted without thinking/reading. I do understand your concerns and your skepticism. But I swear to all of you I do not cheat. I've been playing for 8+ years when the game first started. I've played for cal-p teams and I've been to many lans. I've pulled off some crazy shots, but who hasn't. I do not cheat. I will do whatever you ask if you can see to it that I get free of this false charge. If there is a program to scan my computer I will be all for it to prove that in fact I do not cheat. I will be patient during this time. Thank you.

I was the banning admin, complaints and constant concern by regs and other admins lead to the ban given to you. Several demos taken and gathered. It isnt just speculation. I dont claim to be an expert on the issue, but i ban first and ask questions second. Know in the way i banned you that the jury is out, i wasnt my normal self in degrading the accused on their way out. The admin communtiy will all watch take their personal experiences and make a vote. You are innoncent until proven guilty. Their are two possibilities with situation both in which the community as a whole will benefit. Either your guilty, or your name is cleared and the confidence of the server is upheld. Either way we all win.

Witnesses to the events are free to post. Stay to the point and do not respond to others posts. This will be monitored strictly.

You will have 3 days in which we will contact you with the results of the vote.

I've been playing with Luker for some months now, and not once has he done anything to lead me to expect hacks. I also happened to be playing the team opposite him on Aztec when he was banned, and once again, I saw nothing that would make me think he's an illegitimate player.

Not to lecture anyone, but some people have played this game for longer than I have been an adult, and know tricks and methods to gameplay that I could never even imagine. In addition to sheer memorization of maps, hiding spots, patterns of opponent play, and other things; there is the HUGE factor of interpreting sound, a skill that - when utilized properly - could easily lead someone to believe a skilled player hacks.

However, I have not seen the demos gathered, so I can only comment on my personal experience playing with Luker, as well point out the enormous advantage that the proper utilization of sound can give an already skilled player.

I was not a witness to when he was banned.. however i would like to point out that i was recently accused of walling as well (is it going around or something?. I would like to emphasize the concept of a combination of sound, prediction skills, and map knowledge. Ive hit people through walls without knowing they were there.. just spraying where i figure someone is most likely to be. Ive gone around corners already lined up on a spot.. because 80% of the time someone is in that spot. Ive heard footsteps across a map (provided its quiet enough near me)... and been able to tell my team exactly where folks are coming from purely based on those footsteps.

If you have a good computer.. and basic common sense.. and very good knowledge of the game.. you can often times pull off stuff that leaves others scratching their heads and its perfectly legit. Now I'm not as good as Luker.. but i have a pretty good feeling that some of the stuff that Ive pulled and been accused of hacking over... is similar to stuff he can pull in his sleep. I'm not as consistant as him... but then again Ive been playing less than half the amount of time he has and have only 1 full year of competitive experience in the CS series.

I have never witnessed anything both playing with and against him that would lead me to believe he hacks. Does not mean i have not seen some crazy shit from him... it just means that nothing Ive witnessed on his part would convince me he hacked. Admins.. if this post was out of place than i apologize. I just figured that my input might be helpfull and since i was just accused of the same thing (although not banned)... and Ive seen Luker play many times and know a little about how easy it is to confuse someones skill for walling in CS.
