At the time my name was beer

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
well it all started the second round i came in. Some guy was defusing in b with out a kit so i ran a way and started jumping down the hill towards ct spawn so i could keep my gun, then BAM slayed. i asked nicely(even tho i was frustrated) why i was slayed and he said i was bunny hoping. I wasn't trying to, just sometimes you gain momentum going down hill. Then, later on I had a awp, the T's had A and i was in rotating through ct spawn when i shot at a guy, Missed and i got flashed so i switched to my pistol and ran to the wall for cover, then i switched back to my awp bc i heard a guy coming and awped him. Then BAM slayed. That's when the admin said (ADMIN) do not quick switch. I'll I did was switch weapons. I didn't know switching between guns is quick switching but if you cant do that then what are suppose to do. Any ways i said "don't switch weapons or you will be slayed" and that's when the admin said (ADMIN) you still wanna be a smart ass?
So i said *DEAD* beer : lol you slayed me for switching weapons
beer : calm down now and that's when
(ADMIN) banned player beer
You have been banned by admin permanently !!

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
dust2 the ip is 72.233.44.146:27015 and here were the people in at the time bc dunno know who was admin.

If you don't provide the info necessary to be unbanned, guess what? You WON'T be unbanned because we CAN'T unban ID's we don't KNOW. So...do your part, and give us the info we need.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Well i really enjoy your guys server, and before this, Ive never ran into something like this with the admins. I don't know what quick switching is (pls let me know). And im not good at bunny hoping but i wasn't trying to at the time when it happened, just the momentum carried me. I suppose i got a little smart and for that i am sorry but put your self in my shoes. looking at it from not doing anything wrong or not knowing i was doing anything wrong and being slayed.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
i will refrain from doing anything that eill get me banned, didn't know i was in the first place.

Trix I was your banning admin.

First let me say, the first time you got slayed was not because you were bunny hopping, the admins here are taught what the difference is between bunny hopping and skiing is, must have been for another reason. The second slay was for quick switching. If you check out the CSS forum and the server rules, there is a detailed description of what quick switching is.

Which leads me to why you were banned. You were banned for mocking the admin. I had previously slayed a player for quick switching and you went on mocking the admin. Saying things like "is it ok if i strafe left," "can I kill someone without flashing, its a rule you know," "calm down now" and not to mention complaining about the awp vote that was put up and then bantering the admin and other players for it being restricted.

I will put your vote up in the admin forums, please give it 3 days to be completed.

The first slay was bc of bunnyhoping. The admin who slayed me said so over admin chat. doesnt really matter tho.

as far as complaining and bantering about the awp. the only thing i said was if you guys are going to awp so am i. Then you guys said it was unfair bc i was on the winning team. i can understand that but when i get awped 4 rounds in a row, im going to buy one and use it reguardless of how well my team is doing or not. And at the time 2 of your teammates had one and then when i started using one you guys jumped on me. as far as the vote, i never complained. if i had knowin about the vote i would have voted "no"(i am a rifler = ) ). The only reason i was using it is bc the other team was.

anyways, thanks for taking the time to respond and update me. Will you guys say in here if I am unbanned? and ill go check out the rules about quick switching.

Situations that DO warrant switching weapons when using a sniper rifle:
- You need to move quickly or change viewing directions quickly
- You are/anticipate being attacked by a close quarters enemy<--------------
