I'm sorry for what I had said. I didn't find anything wrong with it but I guess someone else did. I would like just one more chance to show everyone I too can be a good team player. I will refrain from doing anything else of that nature. If I am unbanned, none of you will be disappointed with your decision. I can promise you that. Thanks.

Do you see this here copy of the dialogue. I was doing my admin thing and taking trash off the server. Almost immediately after I give out warnings, you come back with your all caps mocking of the admin. You may not have intended it like that, but it sure was taken that way by me as well as a few others who observed it in chat. Please explain to me how me as an admin doing my job of managing the server requires you to come right in behind me with the same kind of language?? Where anyone on the server who witnesses the warnings sent in chat by an admin and therefore might somehow connect you as being an admin. Especially with your given attitude that has been noticed on the server. I kicked you, a simple kick that didn't deserve your response. It was a warning to you as well as the server. We don't tolerate that mess here.

There are many BF2 admins, there will be a vote started tomorrow that will last up to 3 days. Once a decision has been reached you will be advised of the outcome. I will say this, had you just come back and kept on playing the game, you would not be here in the forums right now. We don't discuss those things in game, that's what the forums are for.

I was there when this happened I believe...... When he was saying squad up it reminded me of something. This is a question for the admins. ( I know i really shouldnt post here but this question is related to this particular banning )

When commanding and your team isnt squadded up.. Is it ok to tell everyone to squad up?

Im guessing there is a fine line between :

EVERYONE SQUAD UP
VS
EVERYONE SQUAD UP OR YOU WILL BE KICKED

Warprosper, You are highly encouraged to tell people to squad up.

When you follow that request with the threat of administrative action such as a kick or ban, the implication is that you are the one that will carry it out.

Take any further discussion out of this thread to the BF2 forum.

We don't want to discourage the regulars from encouraging players to squad up, there are ways to go about it properly. What will not be tolerated is that fine line that makes it questionable as to someone being an admin. If what a player is doing is attempting to get admin assistance with players not squading up, well it would look a lot different from that statement he made. Regardless, his ban came about with other factors involved. It was time to get him in the forums to get him accountable for his actions on the server.

I didn't mean for it to come out the way it did. I have a huge problem with the way I say things. Usually when I say something, people take it as a whole different meaning than I do just because of the way I was saying it. Sorry about everything. :-\

Per the vote of the admins your ban is to remain in place. You may appeal your ban in 30 days. I've seen your posts of apologies and your recognition of your faults when it comes to upholding the ideal of TTP. Now will be the test to see if you really meant it or not. If you meant it we will see you back with an appeal after 30 days. If not, then we were right.

This does not keep you off the forums. So spend the next 30 days or so allowing us to get to know you better.
