Greetings,

I wish to discuss the recent announcement that Zainzibar Land has been creating a large army of Super soldiers using genetic modification. Despite Big Boss's statement that this army is only for defensive purposes, I am not so sure. I believe that they may have more aggressive intentions. The use of unconventional methods to create these soldiers may have been an attempt to hide this military build-up. Perhaps for a surprise invasion of your nation or Tyrannicus Devious.

What are your thoughts on the matter?
