banned for unfair reason

I was in Texas...teamplayers, css server, and the first thing I see is a person named EVO kraker jack saying the calls, I was following at first but when I died and he died he started to insult me and I was getting pissed, was mocking me at first and then started to call me mexican and that I cant understand anything because I speak spanish and he started to try to speak spanish just to piss me off, and this really fucking offends me because I am actually Hispanic and I found it racist. Everytime we would spawn he would scream in the mic and tell me to say the call for the round and i was just confused, people told him to stfu, even me, but he just said "No Im not going to shut up for this idiot", and evemtually he started to annoying other people. An admin started to warn me for not following the call, though the call was go both short and Long A... after getting insulted by kraker again, I just started to walk off with other people that went different ways and I managed to get him pissed. Kraker started to threat me that he could get me banned if I dont follow his call, but the thing is, im not going to get pushed around by an immature idiot screaming over the mic and telling everyone to do what he wants. An admin kicked me the next round and I was like "wow wtf", he told me that im not following the call, I was telling him the same thing Im telling you guys right now but he just ignored me and warned me to follow the call. I switched to the CT side so I wouldnt have to hear the fucking annoying prick TRYING to tell us what to do. Admin warns me again and im said "Wow you must be kraker's friend or something" Then I just get banned with "take it to the forums'

Well ive played on this server for 2 weeks and I havent had a problem till right now and I think it was an unfair ban. this is one of 2 servers that I only play when I actually get on CSS.

well aslong as im on the same team as kraker anymore, or if he doesnt scream in his mic to insult people anymore.

Stealth, here at TTP we take teamplay very seriously. According to your post you went in a different direction with other people just to piss kracker off, meaning you didn't follow the call. When you don't follow the call we take care of it. I'm sure Kracker will be in ere today to give his side of what happened. So, I hope your not leaving anything out.

I never called you a mexican, I asked the people who were not following the call if they spoke english, that is it. You NEVER followed the call, when I gave you the opportunity to follow the call, you did'nt say a thing. I even took the time to engage you in game (most admins would not) and you still did'nt get the point. I then just simply KICKED you, praying that you would come back, and just shut up and play right. You then said "The admin is bullshiting me...I was following Chicken's call!" At that time, I asked chicken if he made any calls that I did not hear, thinking, hoping that you were right. Chicken then laughed and told me no, so you were banned for disrespecting an admin and refusing to follow the call.

I then told you to take it to the forums. Again, HOPING you would come in here, make a level headed post, admit your faults, and come back as a teamplayer. AND AGAIN I have been dissapointed in your false racial accusations, and blatant lies.

I will put up a vote for your unbanning, should take no more than 3 days. Anything else you have to say, post here.

i was there. kracker was asking if people didnt understand english and if they spoke spanish because no one was following the call. i never heard him call anyone a mexican.

If you don't know for damn sure don't come in here and bullshit us and accuse our admins of being out of line. You blatantly admit that you were intentionally not following the call, and you were given multiple opportunities to step up and be a teamplayer.

Your vote has concluded and it was a landslide to keep you banned. You can appeal this decision in 30 days. I suggest you don't bother without a serious attitude change.
