#1. Why do you think you got banned?

To tell you the truth I honestly don't know.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

I was on the the TTP Top5 server. It was either vafa or Sora because they were the only admins on at the time specing. Dont know of any others.


#3. Why should you be unbanned?

Because I honestly dont know why I was banned.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

Again, I dont know what I was doing wrong.

On a side note, I was possibly banned because they might have thought I was walling. I was on T side on dust2 to start out. Then the score got to like 6-1 or something like that so I switched teams to help even things out. Then I think the cts might have won like maybe...2-3 rounds after I switched but the T's were still dominating. My score was around 45-11 I think or something like that? Can't remember but I knew where most people were by sound. I really do not wall hack. I would also like to know who banned me too and maybe see the demo of me "walling".

Yes, it was I that pulled the trigger.

First off, I have had numerous complaints from regulars and admins telling me to keep an eye on you, so I have.... Sometimes undercover and sometimes exposed as myself. Some things that I have noticed is that you are a great player, so it seems. You check EVERY single nook and cranny when I am playing with you, and that is a great way to ensure that you dominate 24/7. What gets me is that you do not check every nook and cranny when you think no one is watching and you selectively pick and choose your spots to cover/check. Now, that is not why I banned you.

I banned you because your team was working towards B and you were in lower Tuns keeping it covered(dust2). All of a sudden you turn around and rush through your own teamates trying to get back to spawn to pick off a guy rotating from long A to flank your team. Now, some would say you may have had intuition, yet when a smart player is covering lower B, they hold it because you will get most of your rotators from either lower B tuns or mid. However, you took a very unorthodox position and randomly turned around to T spawn from lower B and preflashed and killed a CT about 3 seconds after the flash. This combined with all the complaints (including some from your own clan) and my judgement, I felt it was enough to bring forth a case to the CS admins.

I do have a demo of the incident, and a few other admins have demos that we will review. During this time you will not be able to play on any TTP cs server and you must be patient as we review the evidence. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to either post them here.

Nope I have nothing else to say to you vafa. About the unorthodox position I took, I honestly can't remember what you are talking about because I do a lot of unorthodox things. If I go somewhere on a map to cover a spot I have either saw a player going there on radar or I think they are going to be going there or they killed one of my teammates or my teammates say there is someone coming from so and so spot.
Also, about the checking every nook and cranny only when I am being watched, i have got to say with all due respect that is bull****. I check every corner unless I almost know for a fact that no one is going to be there. But I am going to leave it up to you guys to sort this out. Whatever happens, happens. Sometimes I even guess as to where people are going to be. Sometimes I am right sometimes I am wrong. I know I wasn't walling and if you guys don't want me playing in your servers then banning is the only logical way to make sure I don't.
For the record I don't wall hack, have never wall hacked, and never will wall hack. Since I have been playing in TTP I have tried to be fair and respective of players on the servers, haven't tried to start any trouble with any admins, and I have always tried to follow calls made by my team. I was really starting to like playing TTP, cool players, always an admin on to keep the peace, and always fun.

I apologize for the double post but how long is it going to take to review my ban?

I honestly don't know how else to prove I am not a waller to you guys. I could take a demo of myself every time I play for you but I know that wouldn't show any wall hacks from my point of view even if I had walls. The only way I know how to show you I am not a waller is to take screen shots of my screen with my cell phone or something after every map so that you can see my walls are as solid and colorful as your and that my models are hidden just like everyone elses. But I doubt you would believe me then...some of you would say I "toggled" my walls...sorry but you can't toggle wall hacks. One reason being, they are material hacks, you would have to leave the server and take the material hacks out of your material folder and then re-enter the server in order to take them off. How do I know so much about wall hacks you ask...I mean after all I am just a noob 8-dig that has to wall in a pub for whatever reason you may think I wall for?

I will tell you how I know so much about wall hacks. 3 years of experience playing CS:S in pubs filled with wall hackers. 3 years isn't much to professional gamers like vafa and other admins here who are the most experienced players in the world. I know, I do some pretty shady **** in your servers sometimes but it isn't because of wall hacks. I just play differently than just about every other player that plays in your servers. The more and more I am at TTP, the more I start to think that no matter what I do to prove my innocence, the more I am going to be accused of walling. I Do Not Wall! I play differently in your servers, yeah, but I still follow calls, I am not an asshole like some people would be in servers that team flash or mic spam for the sheer pleasure of making people mad in the server, I haven't done anything to anyone in the server to make them hate me accept for maybe killing them too much. Sorry to break it to you, but that is part of the game, to kill the opposite team.

I see a hotshot player come into the server and start awping on the winning team, I tell them to put it down and use another gun. Most of the time they would listen, sometimes they wouldn't but I still "tried" to keep some peace about fairness in the servers when I was there. I know what you will probably hold against me now, I go CT too much according to my HLStatX. Yeah I did go CT somewhat too much before I got accustomed to the rules in TTP after my first unbanning. But I got used to the rules and started being as fair of a player as I could be. I'm not such a bad guy if you would just take the time to get to know me, but some people would rather spit on you than give you a chance and get to know you.

This was a rather long post but there was some stuff I had to get off my chest before this un-ban request was locked. I have the up most respect for the admins of TTP. I kinda figured you guys were specing me a long time ago. I am gonna tell you this, there will be more great players to come to TTP and play. Are you gonna ban them just because you suspect them of walling and you think you have enough of evidence to ban them forever? When you banned me you banned an innocent player. Probably not gonna bother any of you because to you I am probably just some kid from Kentucky who hacks in your opinion and doesn't deserve to play in your servers. Sorry for wasting your time.

#1: I have been playing CS for YEARS and I have no idea how you would know that you can or can't toggle wall hacks, not to mention anything about "material hacks" and what to do with them in certain folders. The fact that you would even mention that in your post is ridiculous because it does nothing but raise more suspicion!

#2: If you are trying to make a plea to be unbanned, then I would leave sarcasm out of it. All sarcasm does is portray disrespect and immaturity. Then you say you have respect for our admins?

FINALLY.

Most of the CS admins felt that the evidence I put forward was inconclusive because you are a random player and most of the demos showed that, however, in the demos and through more discussion we came to a few conclusions. First off, you are the typical trash collecting player that hides behind rushes and picks off trash. Not to mention, in several demos we saw you with the bomb holding back while your team rushed. Trying to pad that KD?

Next, one of our most seasoned admins put up an awp vote and you said something along the lines of, "yeah you assholes would." Why that admin did not ban you is beyond me, but the fact that you would make such a comment regarding a vote displays absolute poor sportsmanship and a loser type attitude. I was appauled when this evidence was brought forth. So you say when you see a "hotshot player" come into the server awping on the winning team, you tell him to put it down? Oh, thank you! You are such a hero! (see I can be sarcastic, too.)

Another admin brought forth evidence of you teamflashing your team while a bomb is being defused? Even if the round is almost over, that is more of a portrayal of an immature gamer who celebrates by teamflashing and flast out acting like an idiot. Any teamflashing that is intentional at anytime during a round is wrong. There is no justification for that.

I am not even going to mention that you go easy side almost every time you play, because I don't even care about that. That is just you losing face in front of the CS crowd.

So you still feel like we spit on you? Because after all this evidence it looks like we unbanned you and you took a shit on us.
