I rarely have seen you go T on maps such as Nuke, Cbble, Inferno or Aztec until you have already solidified your above 2:0 K:D and the map is well into the time. Players can play whatever side they like but players that have a skill set higher than most should be honorable and take the harder side the majority of the time - Ask Killer Bunny Mofo. When players don't do this after a long period of time we as admins can take action to manually move players as we see fit to encourage players of higher skill to take the initiative and not worry about their K:D so much.
#2 That leads me to why you were banned. Players that are true ttper's would look at the team switch as a challenge, not complain because they need to lead or assist the harder side of the map. When I came in I specifically heard you complaining about the admin's decision to move you (using F bombs). This shows me that you aren't interested at all in anything but protecting your K:D and also shows me you have a lack of respect for our admins and their decisions. We can't allow that at TTP.
Have you ever thought you made the mistake instead of me? I'm 100% positive on what I heard. If I did make a mistake Slippy I would be happy to admit it. I gave you a chance to help yourself out and just come clean. But you couldn't do it. By an overwhelming decision the admin community has voted to sustain your ban.

And so to be clear... it's not just "your word" against an admins. It's a disgruntled, former regular with a past history coming in, and making a stink. I don't care if it was scrum's first day on the job...his word carries more than yours.
