Thread: Banned?? Again?? -.-'

I have been sticking with my squad and doing as the squad leaders order. So this is not the reason for the ban.
Banned for Teamkilling in the Vanilla server.

I was shooting the back of an FAV as one of the guys was driving away in it alone. I was a bit aggravated that he had done this as well as a couple other people. We were only shooting at the back of his vehicle. I had NO intention of killing him. Just wanted to let him know other people wanted a vehicle too. I honestly didn't think MY bullets would kill him. o_O

I'm sorry for this. Keep me banned or unban me. Whatever you like is fine. :3
But I'm gonna miss being away from the server again...

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I got banned because I was simply shooting at the back of a vehicle to let this single seating guy know that there were many others who needed a ride in his vehicle and one of the spread bullets from my shotgun got him in the head. He was not a squad leader. :3

#2. What server were you on? BF2 Vanilla Server What admin do you believe banned you? Not sure. What admins were there playing? I have no idea. I don't know who all are admins. I have only been here 5-6 months

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
It was an honest mistake and I had NO intention of team killing. I was banned before I could apologize and/or say anything.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will try and keep from team killing anyone. I mean, I won't do it intentionally but I can't promise that accidents won't happen A.K.A. people jumping in front of my jet/vehicle.

Let me ask you, why would you shoot at someone and think they wouldn't be killed? I was sorta under the impression that SumDumGringo was a euphemistic name that had no applicable meaning in game. So tell me again, why shooting people driving away in a FAV is ever a good idea?

Not only me but others were doing it as well. I didn't think I would be the one to kill him. Hell, I didn't even think he would have died. I apologize for this mishap and will never shoot at a friendly vehicle again. As for the Teamkills, I can't promise they will NEVER happen but i can promise you that I would never intentionally TK anyone EVER!! :-\

since your unban request suggests you've been down this road before, you know the drill. A vote will go up in the admin forums to decide whether they feel you should be allowed to play here or not. It may take as long as three day, or it could end much sooner. Please review this thread periodically for updates.

You have all witnessed my last ban and I made a huge turn-around. Please take this in to account.

Please don't keep me banned. I promise I will not do ANYTHING to get me banned again. This will be THE last time you see me in these forums.[That is assuming my ban is lifted] ;)

Once again, I apologize for my actions.

We have taken your progress into consideration, and by virtue of the admins community, you ban has been upheld. This means you will not be able to play on the server for 30 days. While you have shown progress in your attitude and play habits thus far, we feel the poor choices you continually seem to make do not warrant your ban to be overturned at this time.

You may appeal this decision in 30 days on the 5th of June. At such time, a new vote will go up, and the admins will once again vote to let you back on the BF2 server. DO NOT attempt to play on the BF2 TTP server under another alias, such an action will result in a permanent ban from TTP. Also, this is your second ban, a third ban will result in your permanent removal from TTP.
