#1. Why do you think you got banned?

Was banned for being on the team St.Owned.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

No server. Whole team was banned across the board.


#3. Why should you be unbanned?

I have never broken a rule at TTP, other than being affliated with an excommunicated team.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

Have never done anything that would warrant a ban, and still wouldn't.

I admit to playing and posting on the rival server/site. However, I was not aware that it was going to be created until after the team was banned from TTP. To my knowledge, ST.O was going to be resigning from clan residency the same way Death had, only to find that we were all banned apparently because of discussions/arguements that happened behind closed doors that I had no part in. And yes, I will admit that I was slightly heated over being banned simply for being on a team, and I did support the new community for a couple weeks because of that (no, I was never involved in the admining or anything of that nature). But I haven't played on that server or posted on that site for awhile now, and the last posts were just random links to get my post count up (I'm a post whore, you all know that). So no I will not being playing/posting there, never really played there more than two times anyways.

I don't really pub much anymore unless I can't find a scrim or I'm warming up, but when I do I'd like for it to be on TTP. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Haven't had any contact with them for a couple weeks now. I was planning on leaving the team before the whole excomm to look for a more competitive/dedicated team, ended up sticking around for a bit longer.

And this whole, "Anyone who plays on UTG servers will be banned from TTP!" bullshit just goes to show you WHY alot of us left TTP. The highs will even take it as far as telling people where they can and can not play CSS. Ridiculous.

If you're looking for an example I can give you one. The case of St.Owned being ex-comm'd. Why? A majority of St.Owned talked it over and decided it was time to leave TTP the way Death had. Sure, a few of our members (and you can see their posts in the goodbye thread) spoke poorly of TTP. And yes, a few more of us had talked out against what we saw happening in TTP, and let it be known that we disagree. If you read those posts, you'll notice that we did not bash TTP in any way, and we spoke in a mature manner. And those of us that spoke out were met with personal attacks from BD. So, TTP ex-comms a whole clan that was going to leave peacefully in the first place, because a FEW people speak out against a rule we saw as unfair and we felt gave admins a huge oppurtunity to abuse their powers (yes, THAT rule, not the "defuse or die trying" shit as BD would have you believe). Were St.Owned members the only people speaking out? No. Did we all go around and tell people to speak out as BD telling you? No. Did Xplodr tell ANY of us to go on TTP forums and speak out on ___issue? No. Did BD tell ALL of you that if you play on a UTG server you will be banned. Yes.


You can stay at TTP, you can talk shit about any of the people at UTG, you can do whatever you want. Because honestly, we don't care. We saw the direction TTP is heading in and decided to leave, a LARGE majority of us decided to leave peacefully....and we were again met with personal insults from BD and anyone else that wanted to jump on his bandwagon.

So you can go on and on about your "war" BigDog, and you can continue sending over your "spies" (and what do these "spies" do again?), and you can continue enforcing your ban on site policy, and you can continue banning any in TTP for playing on the UTG server. All it does is show us, and everyone else, just how mature you really are.

Was angry over being banned simply because of the tag infront of my name and yes I said some heated things. Mainly because I thought it was unfair that the entire ST.O roster was banned when we had already resigned peacefully (I later learned that there may have been things said by Xplodr and others behind closed doors before ST.O left that warranted the excomm). Yes, I did find it ridiculous that there was a "war" between the two gaming communities, to my knowlegde no one that left TTP was trying to "steal" people from TTP. I, again, later learned that Xplodr, Pine and the rest of the people that started the new community were in fact trying to get people from TTP to play on the new server despite knowing it would get them banned (I believe they even tricked a few people ???). And yes I was one of the people that spoke out against the admin rule (not being able to punish a rank higher than yours) because I felt it gave admins a loophole they could use to abuse their powers. I don't care about that anymore, it's not my place. I appologize for the things I've said.

EDIT (forgot to add it in): As for what TTP would gain by allowing me back on the server. Another teamplayer. I've followed every call and every rule. You'd gain one more person that follows the call and can make the call. That's all I have to offer. I don't really play in pubs that much anymore, but when I do you can expect all of that.

Well for starters, and like I've said in the previous threads where this was in debate, I didn't side with anyone but the people who thought the one rule left a loophole for admins. And those people were few. I wasn't one of the people arguing about "defuse or die trying" or anything like that, and I wasn't expressing my views because someone told me to. Which no one did. And like I said on their forums, I like thinking for myself and expressing MY OWN views, not those of my team or my team captian.
So why did I go to their site/server? Well I was really given no choice, along with alot of people. Imagine being under the assumption that your team is just going to bow out of residency, still be able to play on TTP, post in the forums, all of that. And then coming back the next day to find that you've been site banned and there's a ban on site order in the servers for anyone wearing your teams tag. Would you be happy about that? Xplodr and Pine said some things, a couple people on the team said a couple things in the goodbye thread and then I get banned for it? Would you be happy about people judging you AND punishing you because of other peoples actions?
And the whole "change of heart because it sucks playing 2v2," you can look at how many times I've played on their server. You can look at how many times I ever actually go into a pub. The times I went into their server it was not 2v2, and it was for no longer than 30min. Just enough time for a warm-up before a scrim. So is me coming back to TTP because their server is empty? No. Why would I care if their server is empty when I never play on it in the first place?
