#1. Why do you think you got banned?
I was banned for team killing

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
BF2 server, not sure which admins.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
I was accused of team killing by someone, then he TK'd me (it should be in the logs). I posted a msg that he just TK'd me and I killed him back. He kept trying to TK me and I was defending myself by killing him before he killed me. Not the best thing to do, but I let him get to me. I'll will try and let the admin know next time rather than taking the law into my own hands.

Sorry for the delay I've been having to deal with some RL issues that delayed me here.

Jim I was your banning admin and for exactly the reasons you posted. Tking here is unacceptable. I was the first Admin to get to where things were going on. You had multiple options in this issue and you chose the wrong one. I'm glad to see you recognize that. We do our best to catch as many issues as we can when they come up. You got caught redhanded tking. Had you spawned elsewhere and let whomever else was tking you go I would have tagged him instead when he did it again.

Thank you for posting in the correct manner with the right information. I'll post your request to the admins for thier vote. We usually give it 3 days before returning a vote. Results will post here.

Per the vote of the BF2 admins your ban has been sustained. There were too many witnesses to your actions that did not jive with your account of what happened. You can appeal this is 30 days.
