Banned for being protective of my teammates rear flank
Hey All!
Thank you for unbanning me from the first ban. through reading the posts in response to mine I admit I was out of line...
Now this current ban from your main server IP 72.233.44.146:27015 is completely unwarranted! I understand that this is a TEAM based server and players are required to act as a team...
During the round in question, the call was B (me playing on the T side) so i acknowledged that fact and responded "I'm going short to watch your backs Mid" obviously from rotation from either long A to CT spawn to Mid, Long A to Mid, or Short to Mid. Nobody responded negatively to my statement so I went short only to find two CTs long A going towards CT spawn back to B. I killed one of them before being killed by the second CT long A thus exposing his position (him being the last CT alive). Before I went to protect my teammates from these CT's by killing them I do remember someone on T side asking "who is A?" to which I responded "me" (figuring my name would pop up on their screen as me talking in game, ya know). Anyway, before the next round had begun I was kicked and banned via my Steam ID as last time... I thought to myself WTF... If your server admins require that everyone go the exact same direction towards a bombsite I have to admit... that is a retarded strategy (pardon the language). If your admins believe that all individuals on T side are expected to go in one direction and are not allowed to cover their teams backside, then Texas Teamplayers need to retrain their admins... (the T's did win that round btw and my KDR was the best on the teams.) If attempting to achieve a competitive strategic public server you are then more training/scrutiny you must give to those chosen for administrative abilities over your servers... I will also place a request for the retraction of my banning administrators privileges once I am notified of who my banning admin was... (No tags were present in the server during the time of my ban which was approx 2:30 AM CST) I still love your servers guys but when im on during the late night/early morning hours there is a lot of BS going on amongst the administrators during that time...
Thank you for you time...

if you called out waht you were doing, as you said you did here, and no one objected....and what you were doing TRULY was meant to help the team, and not simply yourself, then your ban warrants an abuse claim against an admin.
We'll wait and see what any relevant info the admin, or witnesses, can bring.

Re: Banned for being protective of my teammates rear flank
I was your banning admin. As I recall, as we spawned, you said "I spawned for A," after which the call for B was made. Of the four people on our team at the time, two went towards B, one picked middle and one began running towards long A. Immediately out of spawn, I questioned who was going towards A, to which you simply responded "I am." Never did I here one thing about watching our backs, or picking mid, or anything to that effect, and I find you fighting two ct's at long A.
The real issue I see here is your attitude towards our server. Just over a week ago, you were banned for not following the calls as well. And I know you know the rules about bunny hopping as well. I believe your response last time to the warning was "rofl kk brah"? So why would you come back again and start bunny hopping? Not only that, I warned you, and you proceeded to bunny hop again anyways.

If bunny hopping was noted as against the rules in the MOTD then I wouldn't do it... but since it is not I do it, and if an admin told me not to Bhop at any point in time I wouldn't for that particular set of rounds while in the server. It would be nice if the admins wore a tag so that when they said something I would know it was an admin and not some punk kid pissed that I'm killing everyone or mad that I'm Bhopping.
and...
I never said "I spawned A"
I was never warned about Bhopping this time around
I play competitive scrims and matches mainly with CEVO teams for practice. I know how to work with and for a common team objective, and try to attain that in most pubs I go to (except for DeathMatches etc.)
And as out of line this may seem... I do have to say screw you for thinking I'm "padding" my KDR. Nice try in your poor attempt to cover your ass by lying and I hope my complaint towards your admin abilities results in the suspension or revocation of your administrative privileges.

So you weren't warned "this time"? That implies to me that you have been warned before. Should we have to warn you every time you join the server?
