Alright thanks for the clarification.

Lets see here i got into the jeep and proceeded to leave the field. Noticed on the map that the smaller helicopter was available (this must have been the first time?) proceeded to get the helicopter while experiencing lag. TKed the first time by colliding with the helicopter apparently seeing the tree and laggin up a storm and then reconnecting with the server and killing someone and giving large amounts of damage to the now taken helicopter. This was the first team-kill.

I do recall watching the observation helicopter colliding with that wire tower at the airfield I thought it was pretty funny but could relate because that is a touchy aircraft more than the others. Thi must have happened earlier or something though.

Back to the incident of TKing the first time. I ended up exploding the dpv and team-killing someone from what i can remember and re-spawning at the field again. By this time I was closer to the observation helicopter (i call it that from the mini uav equipped on it) proceeded to jump in.

To clarify the "tree statement" I was lagging and turned around from the main entrance/exit from the field to posses the helicopter which would make the appearance of coming from a long distance with the dpv to quote unintentionally "hit" the helicopter.

I did not intentionally try to kill any team member by hit and run merely coming to join the other two in the copter to fly around and attack and support.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience that occurred from this and i hope i may be forgiven.
