UnBan Request!
I am not sure if this is the correct thread for this post but i looked for a little while.

I will not say I was right but if this kind of admin play is accepted then please do not unban me.

My Player name is 100%_Hrd12Kill.
I had just got the jet with no one inline. I rolled out to take off and "=TARD=Ashtarjenkins" Layed C4 on the runway and TKed me. My respawn I returned the favor. Apparently he is an admin because a Ban followed about 3 sec later. If he was not an admin then I wonder why I got a Ban and he was still playing 20 min later.
Several of the HRD and IRON members will know of me and should be able to speak to my normal game play! I do not TK unless Tk'ed on purpose. That may be wrong but it just seems to me that when on a team that the admins TK for assets that team is doomed to loose.

Moved to the appropriate forum. Read the sticky at the top of this forum on what all we need from you. The player you mention is not an admin, and I would guess is not banned only because the admin did not see him, but saw you. Intentional TKs are never tolerated, even in retaliation, just type in all chat to get an admin's attention if someone TKs you.

OK I will try to answer as best I can.
#1 Ban was for returning a TK.

#2 I was On The Texas ...TeamPlayers... BF2 Ranked Server
My PID is 90379465
The Admins on were:

I think XAVSNIP or enumae_k was in my squad and heard my complaint about the TK before I was Banned.

#3 Why Unban?
This is not my normal game play and I bring a good fight.

#4 Statement for future actions.
Had I had i known 1 TK would caused a BAN then you bet I would have not done it. I now know. As do I know the rest of the server rules since i read them prior to posting. I will strive to abide by them.

I was your banning admin. Like you mentioned in your post, I was in your squad when I heard you complain that =TARD= Ryspy127 had c4'ed your jet. As soon as I started typing the command to ban him, I asked you what his name was, to which you replied: "This guy I'm going to tk right now" ... so, I banned him...then banned you shortly after.

An intentional tk is an intentional tk is an intentional tk..... 1 = 1,000 in this case. 1 intentional tk will land you the same place 1000 tk's will.

So, are we clear? No intentional tking for whatever reason...if someone does it to you, call out for an admin...the tker will be dealt with shortly...if for some reason an admin has missed your cry for help...then help the admins out and post in the problem players sticky and the tk'er will be on the watch list from then on.

So...are we clear?
