The little banner that popped up says for excessive tking.

I am so confused its not even funny. I just got my new build up and running and have been fighting Win 7 x64 and pnkbstrA.exe or pnkbstrB.exe not agreeing with BF2. I finally got everything to work last night and now today after one more punkbuster error I get a kick then suddenly a ban message for excessive tking... I didn't even play, loading up and suddenly I was kicked and banned.

If someone could explain what is going on I would appreciate it. I am so lost.

I don't know Draco, thats what Im trying to understand, I left the server on my own accord. I was not forced off by kick or ban. I am simply lost.

I feel as though accidental tks are not allowed here sometimes, Is there any way you could pull up the log of what happened so I at the least know what incident warranted a ban. I consider myself a team player and a cool tempered gamer. I have no desire to play loose with the rules here and if you feel I was wrong I apologize.

Hey Draco,

Again man with all respect, I honestly do not know, is there any context this can be put in to maybe jog my memory. I am not playing this off and feigning stupidity, I mean I may be stupid but its not on purpose. I actually was under the impression I had a good gaming relationship with most of SWAT... been gaming with them for years on another server.

What weapon did I use? Were we in the same squad? Was there even a back and forth conversation after the tk? I don't steal vehicles, I don't purposefully tk, so unless I accidentally shot someone in the back or sniped a person from a distance without seeing a friendly marker I have no clue.

I know its not your job to answer my questions but I am at a loss Draco. Again I apologize profusely for the tk, I can honestly tell you it wasn't on purpose.

You can't even recall two nights ago? Then what hope is there that you'll remember to follow the rules, should you be unbanned? What guarantee is there that your memory will not slip again, and your trigger finger go wandering?

The maps was Sharqi, and you were working as part of a helo team. A teammate was impeding the salient transaction thereof, annoying you noticeably, but rather than call the situation to the attention of the admins and let them deal with it, you took justice into your own hands and TKed him, and then convicted yourself by announcing as such over VOIP. All of this was witnessed directly by a fellow admin.

If you have anything else to add, now is the time. As well, you need to address #4 in the unban sticky. Do that, and I'll put a vote to the BF2 admins.

I feel like you already have it out for me Draco. I have been nothing but nice in my responses to you and I am getting nothing but anger in return. I explained my ignorance, and politely asked for more info on the instance I was banned. I still don't even understand what happened, you are saying furon was somehow keeping me out of the chopper so I tked him then said over VOIP "i tked someone on purpose" doesn't even sound like me considering that if I was stupid enough to tk for choppers that I wouldnt tk furon because I think he is actually a good player.

Maybe I have a different view of how I game and how everyone else views me, either way:

I apologize for tking anyone I tked while playing whether on purpose or not, I apologize for any frustration or grief I may have expressed in game. I will refrain from these actions as long as I have control of my mouse and keyboard or am diagnosed with parkinsons. I have no intention on creating trouble in my most played sever where I have come to have fun.

By a vote of the BF2 admins, you have been unbanned and are free to return to the server. Make sure in future to leave adjudication in the hands of the admins and make sure to refrain from TKing your teammates (even the really annoying ones).
