Suff, How longs the ban?

#1. Why do you think you got banned?
Talking.. I guess? I usually dont commit any douchebaggery. But i talk alot. When i came in i made a remark about how are banned players supposed to see the message "If you're banned, make an unban request in the banned forum on the website"
And i was banned for not being a team player.
I think it might have been a older admin, Since im pretty much banned by the old guys all the time. Simply because im a kid and people don't want to hear my shit. I dont blame them. But seriously? A ban? I asked a friend of mine who referred me to the server and he said that they dont give out little bans so i could be banned for a while.
But let me introduce myself while im at it, Im suff (still trying to find a gamer name). Im 16 years old and i live in oklahoma.
Im sorta new to css. and gaming all together.
But over all i think it was talking to much. I have been muted for it before. But that lies the question..
I just joined and played for literally 30 seconds and was banned after making a joke about the unban message.

An admin banned player SuffDisconnect: Kicked by Console : for not being a teamplayer.
Disconnect: Kicked by Console : for not being a teamplayer.

I guess this means i failed to do the objective? I was watching my team mates back when we were slow playing. I dont think thats the reason though, We would have had about 13 bans.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Well..For one i didnt really do anything. (Im sure my banning admin will find something i did wrong so i can avoid it in the future)
This is the only server i found thats close to me.
#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will ask if its ok to talk before playing. If instructed not too i will not talk to avoid ban.

Suff, I was your banning admin. Just for clarification, prior to joining the server and stating "Hey guys, I'm banned from the server. How do I get unbanned?" had you in fact been banned?

no.. But i was kidding about the un-ban message. If i was banned then why would i brag about cheating the ban.
So how long is it for? Month?

Surprisingly enough, there are people who would try to brag about that. Either way, it was a very stupid joke. Anytime somebody joins the server and tells me they are banned, it throws up a red flag that tells me there is some issue that needs to be discussed. So you were banned in order to get you to the forums to discuss it rather than disrupting game play any further.

This does bring me to another point though. You were getting very close to being banned for mic spamming. There is nothing wrong with talking on our server, but don't let it disrupt game play. Talking at the beginning of the round is a definite no go unless you are trying to make a call. Otherwise you are talking over whoever is trying to make a call and nobody else hears it. If you have something pertinent to say regarding strategy for that round, by all means, talk away. Otherwise you may consider talking and asking questions either in chat or when you are dead.

The way our bans work around here, they are permanent unless the person comes here and properly addresses it. Once everything has been discussed, it is taken to a vote amongst the admins for the game in question, in this case the CSS admins. Either they will overturn the ban and you will be allowed back into the server after the servers restart, or it will be sustained, after which you can appeal it again in 30 days. I'm going to start your vote now. You will know your results within 3 days.

looks like im going to be banned a while. Im surprised theres even a need for a vote. Thats like the white house voting on what there going to have for dinner, Pizza or fishsticks.
