#1. Why do you think you got banned?

I got banned for "not being a team player". I just got unbanned, and didn't want to take it lightly, but I was banned again.
#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

I believe I was banned by a misunderstanding. I was banned for not being a team player, and I believe the main point was when we were rushing Long Hall on de_prodigy and someone came through spawn where I was camping and killed him. No, I did not rush that time, but it was because I told the team that they are rushing and coming through spawn. Which is what happened. After I died, I saw in chat people saying I wasn't rushing but I was the first one in the rushes multiple, multiple times.

There was a previous round where I told the team specifically that I was going to camp spawn, because I had no money and there were no objections. So I bought a deagle and hid behind a train, and killed 3 rushing CTs who were flanking our team. If there had been an objection I would not have camped there, but there wasn't. The point I'm trying to make, is that I communicate what I'm going to do if it is any different from the call, and if there is an objection I won't do it.

However, I am a team player and do follow the call, I follow my teammates and listen to people who tell me what to do. Duddy(the person making the calls), in this map however kept saying rush every round into nades. We did it over and over again, and frankly it was getting old dying to the nades.

Not only was this an unfair ban, it should be considered admin abuse. Upon entering the server when it was de_nuke, I spawned mid-round with 3 people remaining and was slayed "for not following the call".

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

Last time I was banned it was for having a drug-related spray, and I changed that. I will refrain to the best of my ability to do what I can to not be banned again.
