Per Frag's request, the person teamkilled in question, I'll give an account of the event.
I had just spawned in and looked around, and noticed Frag on the ground, with the accused standing over him. Frag had been using the UAV, and my first assumption (aside from reviving Frag) was that the accused had killed him for the UAV.
If Frag could collaborate with my account, we could get this settled."In matters of style, swim with the currents... in matters of principle, stand like a rock."

Re: kick/ban
Hello, I was your banning admin.
You were banned for intentionally team-killing myself on the UAV. You hit me, and after I was revived from Allane, I saw you running away without so much as a "Sorry, I didn't mean to." Which lead to the conclusion of ITK.
BC2 being a new game is filled with people who think they are above others. Team killing, playing by themselves, and glitches galore.
Now I listed that glitches were a large part of the game so far, I have had times when I spawn in and shoot someone because I was spamming the 'enter battle' button. This may well have been the case, but in that case people usually try to justify themselves, in this case you did not.
After I banned you from the game your friend decided to ask why you were banned, I told him we aren't allowed to discuss admin actions in-game but I told him you team killed anyway.
He then continued to antagonize the action and started to cause a scene in the game, I banned him as well for disruption. This doesn't bode well for your group, I hope you will be able to represent them and show that you guys are teamplayers.
You also say that you were in the server for 3 hours, like to shoot your pistol for fun, and had NO IDEA that FF was for the entire 3 hours. I find that hard to believe.
So questions for you to answer:
Was this an accidental situation?
Does your clan do these actions usually?

I serve as a witness to this TK. I was in Frag's squad and not 10 feet away when it happened. We were at our team's start point and there were no enemies around at all.

Re: kick/ban
My apologies if I can't understand what you are saying, but it looks like you said that you arn't in the clan anymore? I believe I saw the same tag on your friend, whether it was a clan tag or not your group was involved.
Coming here for yourself, ok, good.
You are saying you acknowledge the teamkill? You do know that when dead players cannot see text, correct? Although I do have an eyewitness who said there was no acknowledgement.
One more question before I put up your vote:
Are you lying, is it possible for you to have been on for 3 hours without noticing friendly fire?
But, for the record:
