Archaeopteryx banned (BF-2)

2) what server/admins... BF-2 server/Gulf of Oman/Mec team/10:45 Pm Ctrl - no noticeable admins to my knowledge.

1)why I was banned: I regret to inform you that I teamkilled a guy named SOLSTAR or SOLsomething. This was due to the fact that he c4'd my bomber and myself for the sole purpose of "stealing" the plane from us. Neither of us did anything but hold E. We were still, and inert. After that, I typed in caps - center screen - for an admin, explaining the deal. After that, he spawns again a minute later, and gets in the transport chopper. I again type to admin - in caps, center screen - that he is menacing the plane spawn with the chiopper. Again, and still no response.

3)why unban me ? I play here a lot, and am a very stand up player, yet I was frustrated, and did not want him to ruin the map, as he already kept us down, and was going to attempt to continue to do so. Fearing that there was no admin, I shot the chopper with a tank. That is where I assume an admin was watching, to check the validity of my claims, and saw my frustrated attempt at getting our air game going again, as we had been repeatedly strafed/bombed by the enemy. That frustrated attempt was a TK.

4) I apologize for my bad decision, and promise to take better steps to avoid retaliatory TK's, and show better patience in the future, should your generosity extend to lifting the ban.

6) Who knows, it might have only been a 5 minute one, it just occurred.

I believe I hit all of the points that your appeal rules states, but again, I forgot how to find the hash.

7) Someone, please find my hash for me. I posted it a long time ago (see my posts a year or so ago), but someone crossed it out due to privacy issues. Thanks, but now I still can't find it, and your ban appeal rules show a link to a 3rd party application that will find said keyhash, and then later in the same rules thread, you state that 3rd party applications are out of your hands, so I don't want to download that app, and besides the rules, I would feel fishy about installing anything to the already buggy BF2.

I never install mods, or anything, because it is buggy enough. Forget that application. If I remember last time I needed the hash, a buddy admin on another server pulled it up for me via BF2-cc.

Archaeopteryx, I was the Admin that banned you.

I was responding to your request for assistance when I watched you blatantly tk the transport chopper (which had 2 players in it). That crap is simply not tolerated here. I understand that you were frustrated,but intentionally tk'ing is NEVER justified. You were handling the situation perfectly,until you hopped in that tank. Had you not blasted him,he would have likely been the one in the banned forums,not you.

Let me know that you have read our rules ( here),and you will let the Admins handle the tk'rs instead of retaliating. Then I will put a vote up with the other Admins for you.

*EDIT* Don't worry about your hash.....and thank you for posting in the proper format.
